Worst restaurant ever , my order gets messed up most times , and is never really good tasting , they say they do not have hot mocha drinks ,but is clearly on the drive thru menu ,.. see for yourself , but I would recommend going to a different jack in the box if your dead set on having it!!they used to be good , but I blame the morning crew , they are the complete reason of all my very unsatisfactory visits between 4am-7am February-may 2017 I believe them to be incompetent and needs better supervision that actually cares ..., hope the problem gets fixed as I live near by !!

Ate tacos tonight( regular ones and my husband has been throwing up all night. He also got a sour cream. I dont know but definitely food poisoning. This is the second time from that jack n box. We all ate other stuff. He was not sick before this. Of course no one answers the phone. I refuse to ever eat here again. Could of been bad sour cream but not taking any chances Sad cause i love jack n box and always been a loyal costumer. Not no more Shelly

Someone need to look into Herculaneum Jack in the Box there is black mold under the grill pous. there is mold growing in the walk-in cooler walls and under the shelf. I was a employ there but but do to management I quit. They only worried about speed. some of the food is horrible that is coming out of there and the product is not being kept right. pans are not being changed out daily, date tags are being switched out to keep product.

The girl at the window was pleasant but they got my order wrong twice in the same visit. I was traveling so I did not want to wait for a third attempt. By the time I got my second sandwich, the fries were cold so all I had was the sandwich that was still not right. The two stars was only because the girl was nice.

Worst fast food experience Ive had in years. Over 20 minutes to place and receive order. Only maybe a half dozen customers, all experienced similar wait despite no apparent staffing issues.

They couldnt hear me in the drive thru. I had to repeat myself. No one came to the window for about 3 minutes after I pulled up. Food was right and hot though gotta give them that.
