The wife and I stopped at Valley Wok hoping they had a vegan option for her and a “Springfield Style Cashew Chicken” for me. Well, they had both! And the food was amazing. My wife ordered the “ vegetarian delight“ and I ordered the “Fried Cashew chicken.” My order was as close to the Springfield Style version as I have found in the St. Louis area. They actually put oyster sauce in the “brown sauce” that so many other places serve. Her vegetable delight dish “tasted very fresh,” and the sauce was outstanding! The owners were there with her kids and all jumped in to help. They were very friendly. The restaurant itself isn’t fancy, but it’s clean. Even though it is not in the area where we live we’ll definitely go back.

Have ordered from them, several times. The food is generally good, but the customer service sucks!!!!! There is a lady who is rude, argumentative and very unpleasant. They have screwed up the order on two occasions now and claim that this was MY fault!! Well, Im sorry if they dont speak or understand or understand the English Language. When I complained and said that I will not be patronizing their restaurant any more due to her bad behavior and attitude, she said she didnt care!!!! Hell of a way to run a business -- straight into the ground. There are many other fine Chinese restaurants who are located locally who I am sure would like out patronage (of 3-4 orders at a time). BEWARE THIS PLACE

I order from them every week (for work) and it is always frustrating because the kids who are answering the phone dont know how to take peoples orders. for example I have been hung up on countless times before I could ask how long my food will take so I know when to pick it up. As for the food it tastes good and is pretty cheap.

I LOVE their food, but the chick who answers their phone is so rude and hateful, she actually screams at you. Her dialect is very hard to understand and if you ask a question, she yells louder at you. They have great food, but if this lady doesnt learn some manners quick, my entire office is going to stop eating here!

This is some decent chinese food. The crab ragoon lacks crab, even if it imitation, the general tso chicken and orange chicken are identical in everyway. The 11 year old girl that took my order and rang me out was very pleasant and so was her brother. $10 for just about any whole order is a deal though.

Great little hole in the wall. Cheap and tasty. Note to the owners...please turn off or turn down the TV that blares mid-afternoon trash television! Its too loud and annoying... Otherwise, one of my favs in the valley...

I ordered special fried rice, crab cheese wonton, and chicken on a stick. The rice taste burned, the crab cheese wonton was over cooked and the chicken on a stick looked undercooked. I would rate zero.
