Whatever you do, DO NOT order Chinese food from China 1st in Ballwin!! We ordered there for the first time the other night and the Mongolian Beef was terrible and smelled bad. When I asked for a refund, the guy said we were silly and refused. When I went to the physical location, he yelled at me and called the cops. They cant make him refund my money so I left. Spread the word that this guy is a TERRIBLE business owner. Please dont patronize China 1st. 15425 Manchester Rd.

My food was delivered in a bag filled with sauce. It was covering everything. I called to get another order sent out since our meal was ruined and they said theyd have to check with the manager to see if they could do that and call me back. 30 minutes later we were starving so I called back and said "Forget about it. If you cant make this right then Ill just not order from here again." They said thanks and hung up. So I wont be ordering from here again.

We love the food but it takes to long. We are 2 minutes away and it takes more than an hour. Delivery person was very rude. Said we didnt tip when we did. Threatened to put us on a no call list and never deliver to us again. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Spilled sweet and sour sauce on the bottom of our bag leaving us with none. We didnt think it was a big deal and just ate our food. But this last experience was very rude.

Whoops! Place went from first to worst!!! Getting delivery from here for years. As the recent reviews point out the place has gone down hill. Braised chicken tasted bad and the golf ball size pieces were all breading with pea size pieces of chicken. Moving on to Hunan Express.

This place has pretty good food, but be sure to specify EXACTLY which size you want when you order items. If you do not then they assume you want the biggest they carry and you will be very suprised when this LARGE order shows up at your door with an equally large price.

Very friendly on the phone and fast friendly delivery! Best pot stickers I have had for a LONG time! Love that they offer curry dishes too. We will always order from this place in the future. I finally found a place I look forward to ordering from again.

The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it had went bad and the quality of the chicken was horrible. It had tiny pieces of chicken dipped in a really thick layer fish-tasting batter. The crab Rangoon were ok but way sweeter than Ive ever had.

I order here all the time and it is consistently good. I always order white meat only for the chicken and make sure you specify qt or pt as they default to qt.
