Ive never been treated so rudely! First, its not the best food. I grabbed the wrong menu and confused it for our favorite place. I had thought I had thrown their menus out. The crab ragoons are disgusting, fried cream cheese with zero crab and the meat they use is fatty and stringy. But anyway, I ordered 2 meals but they delivered and charged for 3. When I called to let them know they were incredibly rude and told me it was my fault. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to bring the food back pretty much insinuating we were criminals trying to get free food. We have ordered multiple times and never complained, they have our order history. I told them I was a mom home alone with my kids and it was 8:30pm and asked if I could bring it back the next day and get my refund then. They said yes after much debate. 5 minutes later the lady called back and said I couldnt get my refund unless I brought the food back tonight. During all this they were straight up mean. I understand making mistakes but there are no excuses to treat other people that way.

Hi All... Ive been going to Ho Wun once every few weeks for quite a while now. The other evening I went to google to look up their phone number. So I took a look at the reviews. I was shocked when reading the one placed by Alex Altmann. I phone in a carry-out order anyway. When I arrived, the gothic girl with black hair (as Alex describe her) was working the front counter. She has been working there for some time now and is always nice and cheerful. And the food is always great! I told her about the review of her out here on google. She remembered Alex and his accusation. Also stated he was looking for a argument from the second he walked in. A real weirdo. In my opinion, he was just trying to get something for free. Honestly, I dont see her spitting in any food. At least we had a good laugh together. Ive never have wrote a review before now. Just wanted to set the record straight. Great food & friendly service.

The place is fine. The review alex left about spit in his food is a spite review btw. Nothing that wowed me, but tasty. Its every Chinese restaurant youve ever been to where the food tasted like it was supposed to. A WORD ON SPITE REVIEWS AND A THEORY ON ALEX: Although its possible Alex is telling the truth about his food being spit in, I seriously doubt it. I bartended for 10+ years and have suffered people like him. THINK ABOUT IT:He couldnt get access to a manager to complain? What? That makes NO sense. Anyone would know their manager wouldI eventually get that phone call. think its FAR more likely that the young women werent willing to put up with Alex and his attitude; maybe even have him his attitude back, and he didnt like that. Ive suffered a review like this in the past. Customer service is important, but it doesnt give a person a right to be a self entitled A-hole.

A small family owned restaunt that has TONS of features.I find going to chinese restraunts waiting on my food feels un-welcoming.This place is very modern,they have touch screens for you to get an idea of what you want for those of you that are not as regular as myself ;) While Ive encountered table issues it would not stop me from my visits to ho wun its an excellent restraunt with a great attmosphere.OH and the food lets not forget:Wide variety of fresh vegtables used for those who are big veggie eaters(like myself).One of the best things to do while dinning in is get an order of crab meat ragoon to split amoungst your party its served with pipping hot sweet and sour sauce,yes SERVED a word rarly heard of at a chinese restraunt.Ive never recived cold food,or an incorrect order and trust me Im one to alter my order,putting them to the real test.OH and they deliver,so awsome!

"MUST READ THEY SPIT IN YOUR FOOD!" This restaurant used to be my favorite place until this short Gothic Girl with black hair and tall blonde started working there. They are very unpleasant and very unintelligent, anyway after ordering I realized that she (gothic girl) messed up my order. So I went back and told her what was missing and she expected me to pay for what she didnt put on my order. After I argued with her she finally gave me the1.59 red duck sauce for free. So she was so mean I discreetly watched her as she went back to get the duck sauce. I was horrified as I watched her spit in the cup then put then pour the sauce into the cup. I thank god for that little window into the kitchen or I never would of known. But I confronted her she refused to get the manager for me and send out the bl but I confronted her she refused to get the manager for me. Dont eat here!

this is the best Chinese restaurant that Ive had for a long time . I recently move to fenton , a friend of mind recommended to me this little Chinese restaurant in the bluff , because not even Chinese They had some thai Vietnamese food too , I loved spicy food so i got there Korea gan pung ck, This dish was then best I ever had , delicious light crispy with spicy kick to it , had very good flavor . Also I had there pho noodle was the bomb . next time I will try some new dish . Lots variety on menu.only concern Just couple time I been there they were line to the door dine in room were packed .got wait little while for my to go order also sometime I called for delivery had to wait little while too , but not really matter as long as I had good food It wont matter for me to wait little longer its worth it . Got try this place out

Worst experience ever the food was slop we could not even swallow the food worst Chinese food I have ever ate in my life and they was rude would not even refund our money she took out a sign she has that says no refund because she knows the food is awful this I would had rate 0 stars if I could had bad food COMMENT TO REPLY first of all you are a liar I would not let my kids take a bit of the food it was to bad I was scared of it making them sick and no one else was in your restaurant but us your food is slop so why are you trying to comment back with a totally false statement that is why you have your sign that says no refund I dont know how you are still in Business and whats not fair is I gave you money and couldnt eat your slop food All I have to say to the readers if you eat this slop you will totally agree with me

Horrible people. I will never go there again. They consistently bagged our order wrong so that the lids on the soup would melt and leak everywhere. But the last time we ordered, the soup leaked all over everything in the bag, making it soggy and awful, unless you like hot and sour soup or soggy which I dont. I complained and they refused to do anything and were quite rude about it. Unless you like terribly rude owners and only ok food, dont go there. We had been customers there for a very long time but when they changed owners everything went downhill. I had not made a review since 2014 but now I feel compelled to state, the owner has contacted me on FB, emailed me twice and called my house because she does not like my review about my experience in 2014!
