Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. The food is great but the service is almost nonexistent. I wish there was another location near me so I didnt have to hate myself every time I decide I want their food. Going through the drive through you feel ignored as you can hear whoever it is talking with their friends instead of you. After repeating your order to them several times you have an agonizingly long wait. On more than one occasion they have had me pull forward to a parking spot and they will bring it out to me so I dont hold up the people behind me. Understandable if not for the fact I am the only customer there. On one occasion I was trying to decide what I wanted, instead of waiting for me another person walked over who I guess was the manager at the time and tried to tell me what to order. I found it extremely rude and came close to just pulling away. When they finally get my food to me 9 out of 10 times it is wrong and I have to walk in to tell them how they screwed up. Then they get an attitude and act like it is my fault. Everyone should be fired.

Three stars for the food. Always yummy when its fresh. HOWEVER, you MUST check your order before pulling off the parking lot. This location is my neighborhood Popeyes so Im at this place 4 or 5 times a month. About 95% of the time my order is wrong. Whether Im missing food or I got another customers order, its typically always wrong. I will say the food is usually fresh, which it should be because nothing I order is ever ready. Probably due to the popularity of my selections but nevertheless. This is definitely not the place I would go to if I had time constraints. The service is not good but Ive never been to a Popeyes where the service wasnt poor. Just be sure to verify your receipt to your order and to check your bag for the correct contents before you leave.

After a few visits weeks apart from each other, I can say without a doubt that this establishment is abysmal. The staff is always in a poor mood, clearly is bothered with your presence, and puts forth less than minimal effort to make your order-- Its an incredibly long wait, regardless of how busy; the order is usually wrong, sometimes in unfathomable ways; and youll have to repeat your order, probably a few times each visit. The food, when you get what you ordered, is actually good-- particularly the Cajun fries. I have zero desire to return and spend my money to experience what I can best describe as an abhorrent trainwreck of customer service.

Why cant any fast food places in St. Louis actually train their employees how to deal with customers? If I go to restaurants almost anywhere west of Webster Groves, Ill be treated with some measure of respect, maturity and professionalism, but at a majority of places, that seems to be lost on employers to teach and encourage in their employees. Please improve. I enjoy the food here. I just cant continue to support the lack of professional attitudes and behavior that is exhibited at this restaurant and others.

Ive been to this location 4 times and so far they have gotten my order right ONCE out of those 4 times. Ive had them repeat the order back to me and they still managed to give me the wrong stuff. I love your food, Popeyes, but man you really gotta start hiring some competent workers. Fortunately a few of the other locations always hook me up with some extra tendies and Cajun Sparkle seasoning, I think its to make up for the garbage locations like this one that always mess the orders up.

Standing here just made my order, I am a churchs chicken eater. I have over 60 customers in front of me. I ordered and told them I am alergic to white me, the manager said so. I am a disabled person who wears leg braces from my feet to my hips. They dont care about that either. I told them I cant stand longer than 10 minutes so they said why dont you just leave. I will never be back but I wont be bullied into leaving

This is not a the place you want to eat or work at. The owner is a horrible businessman. There was a leak of water in the ladies room. He didnt call to get the leak fixed he yelled at the staff who were having trouble keeping up with the mopping while cooking your food. Well damn, do your job owner so they can do their job. He was calling out people in front of the customers. How unprofessional.

Very good spicy chicken. I love their Cajun fries as well, dipped in blackened ranch. Service was nice too on the day I went, just slow. However, dont try to go anywhere near closing time because the staff take the term closed very loosely. I went almost an hour before closing and staff was visable standing around doing nothing and claimed to be closed upon attempting to order.

Customer service is awful. Drinks were warm with very little ice. 8 pc order of chicken took 25 minutes. When they finally brought our food out to us in the parking lot, they forgot to include the sauces. My husband went inside and had to wait 5 minutes to get the managers attention and then she argued with him and tried to make him pay for the sauces.

WORST POPEYES EVER!!!! My Friend And I Arrived at the Drive Thru Line at 6pm we ordered our food and sat in the drive thru line For 40 minutes and the manager felt so bad he gave us our money back and gave us our Food but it was COLD and they didnt give my friend his Drink Absolute WORST popeyes Ever DONT GO THERE!!!!

8 or 9 out of every 10 times I walk through the entrance door Im greeted with a "Welcome to Popeyes how can I help you?" And 9 out of every 10 times I eat there the food items every bit like the original Popeyes establishments in New Orleans where I was born and raised. Will keep coming back for sure!

We love Popeyes but this location is horrible! A year ago it was good, but it has taken a turn for the worse. They are SO disorganized! After you order, it take 20 minutes to get your food despite the huge quantity of chicken ready to be sold. The floor is always dirty and employees standing around.

Closed the store early yelled at us to go to drive through and didnt even respond on the drive through. Cars ahead of us were just leaving and going to the window to order because no one was responding. I didnt have that patience. This place is not run or managed at all and will end up closing soon.

Every time I have come here (drive thru) theres been some kind of issue. Usually because the person taking the order is talking fast, mumbling, and clearly doesnt care about their job. Then we get attitude at the window because we couldnt understand what was said and there was a miscommunication.
