TALK ABOUT RUDE!!!!! I have NEVER been to a Panda Express like this one! They told me fried rice was a 6 minute wait, I said fine Id wait. A man comes in about 4 minutes after I did, orders fried rice, they tell him that itd be a 6 minute wait...do the math. So, the rice gets done, he jumps up there and starts telling themvand saying "thats my rice, thats my rice"! So they serve him in front of me, even though he was quite awhile behind in line. By the time they get ready to make up my order, they run out of Broccoli Beef, and then proceeds to tell me that I have to wait another 6 minutes for it to cook! I understand that they were busy, but mine should have been served FIRST, while waiting on the rice! By this time, people were about ready to leave before I was even served! At least 15 orders had went through bypassing me! So then, Im wanting to start to lose it! So, I said to just give me some Shanghai Beef, and let me get out of there....she proceeds to tell me that she cant because it is a up charge of $1.25!!! I was floored! She then said, "besides, your Broccoli Beef will be coming up in just a few! I had already paid, or I would have just left at that point! People were all in line staring, and I HATE that, because they were not in there from the beginning to see how I was being done, and probably think I was just a trouble making complainer because the girl kept saying in front of everyone that "you are just rude"!!! Then my food is finally served up and I had told her from the very first moment that I ordered that I had over a 2 hour long trip home, that in needed teriyaki sauce in a bowl, or something that would seal please, because those little plastic cups always lose their lids on the way home, and they spill all over everything in the bag. At that time she was all,,,"sure, sure, ok, well take of it"! But when I was being served finally at the end, she was putting the sause in the little cups that I specifically asked for them NOT to! She then hatefully said, "listen lady, I cant understand a word that you are saying, we must be having a communication problem"! I said, "OBVIOUSLY!...and I have been speaking proper English from the beginning, when you understood me then"! She just kept saying over and over in front of everybody that "You are RUDE, Lady, just RUDE"! I wasnt even close to being rude, with the way I was done! As a matter of fact, the same man that was waiting on rice with me that I needed to be more bold and speak up for myself! I have NEVER wrote a review complaint before, and never would I think it was against Panda Express, but there you have it! DO NOT let them pressure you into paying, before you get your order! They do not belong in customer service, and I will not return to this Panda Express EVER!!!

This girl just pissed me off so bad! Horrible customers service.. they were out of teriyaki chicken and a few other things about 1 1/2 before closing so i got the angus steak (not knowing it cost more) .So instead of practicing good customer service and waving the extra fee, since the didnt have what i wanted, the stupid ass cashier charges the extra fee. I got almost all the way home before i realized i had paid for something extra. I called and the girl said to come back with the reciept, so i did..only to get there for her to act like she didnt "feel like" returning my money. She had me wait and kept laughing and smerking, then asked the meal preper to do the return. When asked by her coworker why couldnt she do it, she laughed and grinned as if to say she didnt want to deal with me..mind u i was not rude to this girl, she never apologized or anything just had a horrible attitude. I will probably never go back there, which im sure is fine with them, because every thinks its ok to disrespect and lose a black customer.

Ordered carry out off their online app and when I arrived to pick it up there was a line outside the door. There were only 4 employees working. Which itself was a surprise. When I went to get my order they said my order never came though even though I had the receipt. There was NO manager present and I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to make my order. They seemed put out at making my order - Im not sure if I will ever order online again and I may try another location that has a more pleasant disposition. I cant imagine waiting in line to order my food with only 1 person serving, 2 cooking, and the other at the register!! I gave it 2 stars because the food is good.

This place is popular with the college crowd. Its also the go to spot for businesses around the area, its completely packed during lunch. The food is the Chinese equivalent of a McDonalds. Tasty but not all that great for you and not a good representation of the foods inspiration, in this case Chinese. I love the orange chicken here though, so come here mainly for that. They provide a few options for accompanying entrees. White steamed rice, brown steamed rice, fried rice, and noodles. The food tends to lean toward the sweet side and thats not a bad thing, but if youre looking for spicier dishes this isnt the place for you.

I typically go in on weekends and its wonderful. Customer service is excellent. I decided to go in today. Orange chicken tasted very chewy and not normal. I went back in to try and exchange for new orange chicken, but the black lady..I forget her name told me that they couldnt make anymore so I had to get a refund. I am so disappointed and never had such bad customer service there. I felt as if she should have been more like "Let me get you some more chicken made." Just to add that Im not racist, I am mixed with black and white. Ive been coming here since they first open.

I go here often and my visits are typically fine. Today I went and ordered ragoons and a plate. I paid for my food left got home and theres no receipt and no ragoon. It wasnt any busier than it usually is. Im very disappointed in my visit because the only reason I went was for the ragoon but I would have to drive half a hour just to get back for my food. Since I dont have a receipt its pretty pointless. Just check before you leave.

I really like Panda Express. I think that, for the price, they have great flavors and portion-sizes. The egg rolls are not very good though. My favorite dish is General Tsos chicken. I also like the Sweet Fire chicken, even though its more sweet than fire. The fried is tasty too. Staff were friendly and quick.
