I find it extremely ridiculous to read some of these comments about ONE bad experience they may have had and give it one star yet they state, "usually the food is good or prepared correctly." I dont see their good reviews Every Other Time they had gotten their food the way they wanted. I personally enjoy the food. Yes things happen... at ANY restaurant... but Ive had WAY more 5 star experiences here and wouldnt ever rate them 1 star because of 1 bad experience!!! McDonalds messes up your order probably 9/10 times but youll still frequent there. These small business deserve a chance to make it right before bashing them on the internet and as Ive read have made it right more times than not. I bet you people have screwed up at your own jobs more times than the Chinese restaurant screwed up ur order...maybe u should should get fired for your performance that one time even though u may do it right every other time....smh

Usually the food we order from here is really good. Tonight though, my husband ordered Bourbon chicken. When I got it home, all the chicken was really burnt and he could hardly eat it. I cant believe the restaurant would even serve it like that. They should have been embarassed. My husband didnt want me to have to drive all the way back up there to take it, but I should have. It was horrible. Well probably not eat there again.

The food is great, the people are great, and the general atmosphere in the store is wonderful. The owner almost always remembers your order, and the cashier girls are very sweet. Ive been ordering here for the past 3 months and cant imagine ordering anywhere else now.

$7.00 delivery charge, and they wont even deliver unless you order $15.00 or more... Stuck at the house and just wanted some Chinese food... Phone operator was understandable, so that is a plus. Wish I could talk about the food...

Just tried them for the first time yesterday. The man taking order and delivery girl were very polite and courteous. I had the General Tso and crab Rangoon and both were delicious. My new goto place.

Fast, fantastic food. Exactly what youd expect Chinese food to taste like. Ive been going there for 10+ years. Theyve only messed up my order 1x. Staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Sesame chicken lunch special had under cooked and yellow chicken. Only 2 of the 8 crab rangoon were barely browned in the fryer. Waste of my $12 and wont be back.
