Disgusting. What has happened to Chinese restaurants? Everything we ordered was bland and just plain gross. The lo mein was so gross, how do you mess up noodles with chicken? No seasoning on anything and everything had a greasy type coating on it. All the meat was basically unidentifiable and rated like rubber. I dont know how this place gets any good reviews, the ” best crab rangoon ever” is a nasty fried thing stuffed with a ton of cream cheese. What crab? I hate to give this horrible review but the reason these places open and close down so fast is because they serve crap. Take some pride in your business and you will be rewarded with a loyal and regular customer base. Serve slop and here today gone tomorrow.

Used to be great. This was our favorite Chinese restaurant in Arnold, but I believe they had a change in ownership. We used to order several times a month. However, weve ordered takeout twice in the last 2 months and both times it took more than double the estimated time for our food to be ready. People answering the phones and the kitchen are not on the same page. Food is still alright but not as good as it was. In our most reccent order we ordered two chicken and broccoli combinations with white rice. They were light on the sauce and instead of white rice they gave us fried rice. It took so long to get the food I didnt feel like going back to get it fixed. It is very disappointing since thia used to be a hidden gem.

After ordering the food, I read these reviews about the food taking over an hour to arrive. I live 2 miles from the restaurant and it took over an hour and 30 minutes to get the food. I specifically asked for hot mustard and there wasnt a single packet in the $37 bag of food that finally arrived. I called the owner and he said he is aware that it happens and its because he doesnt have enough delivery drivers. Obvious solution here........ We will never order food from them again. I advise you all to avoid them too.

We live a mile and a half from china king and placed an order for delivery. They said it would be a 45 min delivery time. Well an hour goes by and we call to see if everything was alright. And they said it was gonna be there in about 20 mins we understand that it is Saturday and can be busy but now that is 2 hours and no food!!! I dont think ill waste my time and money on this place again.... What a joke! Thanks for the 15 dollars off my 50 dollar order. It shows a little graduate

The food is good, but when it comes to delivery, its terrible. Terrible. We ordered at 4pm on a Sunday, with the expectation of 5pm (after the said 45 minutes) delivery. Call at 515pm to be told the driver is on the way. 550pm. Nothing. Called again and cancelled our order. While the food is good, the delivery isnt worth the wait. Almost 2 hours for 3 meals and 2 appetizers is insane. Sadly, well have to find a new place that offers timely delivery.

DO NOT go here!! I had to wait an hour for my food in which they are only 6 miles away & forgot half my order & I called to get the rest of my food sent to me when the driver return to restaurant & the lady answering the phone Hung up on me ATLEAST 6 times & informed me that no one else working there spoke English when I could hear a worker yelling at her in English! Again DO NOT go here!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

Food is usually delicious and been eating here as long as I can remember. But they do not take responsibility for any mistakes or miscommunications. Called to rectify a mistake, and was put on hold, but they eventually hung up on us. Went in person and was told we were wrong, no resolve about food we wanted, not what we received, not even offering a middle ground. Very disappointing customer service.

Sesame chicken is horrible. Bland and seems like it is made in the microwave. It is discolored white on the bottom and comes in a plastic box often used with microwavable food. Their crab rangoons are also horrible and filled with complete crap. I love Chinese food, but Id rather go to Panda Express. I cannot even sit through a China King meal. Very disappointing and disgusting.

I normally always order from here and the food is hot and delivery normally only take about 30 minutes after placing an order. Today I called and placed an order they said it would only take 45 minutes and its been two hours I called them and they said its going to take 20 more minutes. My food finally arrived and my whole order was messed up. Very unhappy right now :/

Well where do I start. We have been customers for a long time and I cannot complain about one thing. We eat in every Wednesday and the place is always clean, the food is always hot and delicious. The owner and his staff are very friendly and greet us every week with a smile. Glad to have a nice experience every time we visit. Thanks guys, see ya soon!

Worst Food, beef taste like rubber, the crab rangoon taste too sweet not what crab rangoon is supposed to taste like and its over priced. Traveled throughout the country and this by far is the worse chinese food Ive had and OVER PRICED I would not recomend it. Unfortionantly Peking isnt open on Sunday or thats where I would have ordered from.

The food is delicious and the customer service issues must have been corrected because i havent had a single issue yet. The communication issues have been corrected as well because anyone ive spoken to has spoken perfect English. The chicken curry was spot on! Not too spicy and the flavor of the curry was perfect!

Loved this place. We eat a lot of Chinese food, and this place was great. The chefs were even willing to make me a dish that was not on the menu! The veggies in the dish were fresh and crunchy (very important to us), and the sauce was very tasty. Would definitely go here again next time we are in town!

My office is near this location and I am sooooo happy for that! As you have heard before their Crab Rangoon is the BEST, their service is fast, the food is always hot. They are also good at doing special order. The only down side is having a difficult time communicating. BUT OVERALL...I love this place!

China King is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The only reason delivery takes so long is because they are the best and everyone wants their food and have only enough staff for one or two delivery people at at time. It usually takes 1015 min, 20 min at most to get food in there.

Ive never had a bad meal there yet! It is consistently good, always hot, and yes the crab rangoon is great. If you have them deliver, they are very quick with the food still hot without the usual overabundance of condensation buildup in the food. I work nearby and I recommend it to everyone!

The food is good but the tables are ALWAYS dirty which usually ends up in me having to clean the table myself. There are always kids, which Im assuming are the owners children, in the dining area being loud or playing on iPads which makes it pretty difficult to enjoy my meal.
