Wow. My mom always told me if you want to know if a buisness or restaurant is good, just look to see if they have customers. And this place has plenty! I am new to town from the state of Iowa and I read the reviews on the low selection of Chinese establishments this beautiful town has to offer. And no restaurant stood out, because there was something bad to say about each one, even this one. But this restaurant had the lowest bad reviews so I checked it out. And all I have to say is Wow!! The spread is beautiful and the selection in vast! And oh me oh my, the food is delish! I totally recommend anyone new to town to ONLY VISIT this great restaurant if u want good food. And guess what, I have been there twice and I still havent even tried everything! Plus they have a live chef there that will make you your own Chinese food that u select. U go down the line and pick ur ingredients then the chef whips it up for you. And I still havent tried that either.

They are... a simple Chinese buffet. Service staff was pleasant enough. Food was surprisingly good. Actually some of the better tasting Chinese buffet food Ive had. Their sushi was all made with that "crab" meat stuff. Not cool. I liked everything I ate. I would eat there again without hesitation, and I probably will if I pass through town again. I am a little pissed however, because they faked two reviews. I flagged those reviews and posted a screen shot in the photos section above. I would have gladly given them a 4-star rating if they had not faked reviews and the lady in charge had been more interested in customer service than her TV screen. But again, the staff was fine and the food was good.

We have been here once and will NEVER go back. The restaurant smelled funny, kind of like an old person home/basement. Hard to explain, but it smelled funny. Also, I went with the intent on eating sushi... well, it didnt happen because the sushi they had out was old and dried out. I asked if they could please make some fresh and they said "the sushi is fresh". I suppose they didnt realize I am a sushi "connoisseur" of sorts. I couldnt believe they were willing to serve RAW FISH that had sat out all day and turned into jerky and THEN try to tell you its fresh. The other food was tolerable, but not impressive. We will not be going back.

Im giving this place 1 star because the food was good however the staff does NOT have their guests best interest in mind when it comes to emergencies. Their damn building was on fire and they didnt once come and tell everyone to leave. It took a FIRE CHIEF to come in and tell everyone the building was on FIRE and for everyone to get out!! What the heck kind of business doesnt tell their dining guests theres a fire on the roof!!????!!!!! BIG fat F in safety is what they earned!

Since the new owners took over a month or so ago, the prices went down, but the food did too. Its not nearly as good, doesnt taste as fresh. The egg rolls (Ive given them 3 chances now with no change) are stale and taste like cardboard left overs from the previous days lunch. I went there today for the 3rd time since the new folks took over, no better. I wont go back. Panda is much better, so is China King just down the road.

Decent Chinese food for this part of the country. The Wonton Soup was probably the best Ive had outside of New York. Very wide selection of foods, from Hibachi to Sushi in addition to the usual spread of American / Chinese dishes found in most buffets. Good service as well. Most of the food however, is pretty average. A good place to eat if youre not from NYC. If you are, you might be disappointed, but still worth a shot.

The place was clean, most of the food was good. My husband was going to get some suchi until I noticed that the suchi guy had gloves on, would come around the register counter, take peoples bank card and cash, Then go back to making suchi. This without taking his gloves off or washing his hands AT ALL...

Evidently all the people that gave this place a 4 and 5 rating have never really had eaten at a good Chinese buffet. Everything was bland. All sort of tasted alike. Egg rolls were beyond terrible. Only thing I can say I enjoyed was the Hot and Sour soup. Not impressed at all with anything else.

The restaurant is clean and casual. The staff is friendly. The buffet is very good with lots to choose from. There is sushi being rolled as well as other traditional items but also some nontraditional foods. All are prepared well and delicious. There are fruit and desserts too.

This place is pretty consistent with its offerings and service. I do think that they have areas to improve though, especially in the sushi department. The price is right on the money for the amount of food they offer and the quality. Try the coconut shrimp! Its the best!

Food had no flavor just nasty we came in from out of town and have had Chinese food at many other place but I would have to say that this is the worst and our waitress stayed on her phone the whole time and never assisted us in refills or anything

Actually when compared to all the other Chinese Buffets in town its not really that expensive. The service was good and the food wasnt as bad as you guys said. The pricing was just right, a little cheaper than other restaurants.

I went here when the Cracker Barrel was closed with plumbing problems (around 10/2009). The interior of the place was old, and the food wasnt fresh. The quality should have been much better for the price (around $10).

I always enjoy stopping in for a carryout box from the buffet. Under 10$ for a box full of a variety of good chinese food is a winner in my book. The General Tsos chicken is great. Ill provide photo next time i visit.

Best place to eat. Me and my fiance eat there several times a month. Love the food and the service. Only thing we arent happy about is the new owners took out the hibachi grill. They need to open it back up asap.

Most excellent food . Always warm and fresh terrific shrimp cooked multiple different ways. Something for everyone here. My grandbaby even finds plenty to eat here. Bit on the pricy side but well worth it.

All of the food had a distinctly chemical taste. The fruit was old and the sweet n sour sauce was awful. I wish we had gone to McDonalds. Now I will be going to buy some pepto bismal. Enough said!

Staff was nice but Food was not nothing to brag about I still do not understand why some Chinese restaurants fry shrimp shell and all does not make sense. Floors were slick with grease .

food is usually pretty good. especially the noodles. only issue I have had with recent visits is that one of the waitresses will constantly stare while I eat. really annoying.
