I quit going to the Ballwin location a few years ago due to poor service and food quality. Never complained, just quit going. I have gone to other locations in the St. Louis area and have not had a bad experience. I decided to give the relocated Ballwin location a try. I simply wanted to order some wings to go. You wouldnt think that would be difficult. There are no indications when you walk in where you place your to go orders. The girl at the hostess stand directed me where to go. Though, her attitude was less than stellar. I waited a few minutes and another girl came to take my order. Her attitude was no better than the first girl. After I completed my order I tried to hand her my debit card and she says "I dont have a drawer, I cant take payments". She then walked away to talk to the other girl standing at the hostess station. No apologies, no indication how long it would take, nothing at all. I waited at approximately 5 minutes and still nothing from anyone. Finally I asked if I was going to be able to pay for my order. The girl looked at me and just said "I dont have a drawer" and continued her conversation with her coworker. At that point, I said told her to forget it and left. No apologies, nothing at all. This points to very poor training and poor management. Its a shame because I live so close to this location. Unfortunately, Im sure their management doesnt read these reviews.

This place was bad enough to force me to write my first and only review. If it were possible to give a negative starred review, I would. My husband and I have tried them twice in the past month. First wasnt great (food was cold), second was even worse.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on the first visit, and tried them about a week later. I really shouldnt have bothered. I live right behind their new store (Ballwin location on Manchester Road). We ordered food for takeout. It takes us a minute to get home. It was cold, the wings were both cold and cooked to death. The breading on the wings isnt what I would deem as "crispy" but more like, hard as a rock. You could probably use the boneless wings in place of a golf ball if youre in a pinch. ;) The meals were incorrect, and not even complete. We had the wrong sauces on things and were missing fries. So, for $40 we got a SteaknShake sized cheeseburger, a buffalito, and 14 boneless wings. All cold. What a deal! I wont be going back. Shame too, cause the place is so close we could go there quite often, but theyve lost a customer for good. No thanks. Id rather drive 10 miles for decent food than visit this place again. Terrible food. Terrible service. Management should be fired. Seriously. The place is a joke.

Took 20 minutes to get a burger, salad, street tacos and side of Mac. Asked for my salad dressing on side, had to wait addl. 10 minutes fir my ranch dressing. Ordered avocado on salad, saw 2 pieces as big as a ring finger nail...., at 2.35 extra. Uhhh sad. Also, when we first came in the door we asked for a TV to watch The College World Series we had to wait 10 minutes to get that and during the course of our visit they switched it twice each time we were asking to switch at least a TV back to it and it took forever to finally get TVs switch back to it each time we asked so we did talk to a manager and the manager did do the right thing and remove my salad from the bill which was a plus but the rest of the experience was very poor.

Ive been to this location about 4 times in the past few months. I have decided that I would rather drive elsewhere than to deal with the crappy service and the cold, SLOW food. I havent met a bartender yet that I would tip more than 10%. NONE of them are very friendly nor are they very interested in their job. Dont know how many times Ive sat with an empty glass or no glass at all while three or four employees jabbered away like I wasnt there. This was my fourth and final time at this BWW. :( I give it TWO enthusiastic THUMBS DOWN.

I have been to this location three times in hopes that it would be better each time, every time I was disappointed. I never had my drinks refilled any of the times I have been there. Twice, my waitress was hanging out with what looked like her friends in different booth, they werent eating, just hanging out. It was especially annoying because I had asked her to refill my tabels water and she never came back. I just wanted to pay and leave, but she never came back. We eventually just went to the front desk to pay.

I would give it less than one star if that was an option. My wife and I lived across the street from this establishment and went a number of times. We love B dubs but hated this particular place. Horrible service, bar staff was rude, food was mediocre, and when I complained to the manager he was worse than all the above. I advise NOT eating here, if you want wings an beer there are other establishments or other B dubs in STL

NOT SURE WHERE ALL THIS NEGATIVITY COMES FROM BUT I WORK CLOSE TO THIS RESTURANT AND EAT HERE REGULARLY TYPICALLY ON THURSDAYS IT IS ALWAYS HOT AND THE PEOPLE ARE FREINDLY NEVER HAD MY ORDER MADE INCORRECT, GRANTED I DO NOT DINE IN BUT WE DO PICK UP BDUBS FOR SEVERAL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AS A APPRECIATION LUNCH AND THEY ALL LOVE IT AS WELL! we came here last sunday. service was okay. waitress didnt know much about the beer selections- a disappointment. sort of messed up our order. slow on water, and neglected to bring extra napkins- etc. also, the restaurant was not that busy..and they sat us in the back corner of the restaurant away from most of the tvs... i would say the service in the chesterfield valley was better.

Horrible service - arrived at 2 p.m. on a Sunday. No hostess but no one was waiting either. A waitress finally came to seat us about 10 minutes later. We finally left our table 10 minutes after that (2:20) since a waitress never came to take our drink or food order. It wasnthe even that busy - I saw a few empty tables. Will not be back to this location again.

Carry out, they make you stand there for 5 minutes before they acknowledge you, then answer the phone and put in that order before they will get your order. Tried to pay with cash and they had to get the manager with a card. Forgot my ranch dressing and celery. Then they want a tip for carry out after you overpay for their crappy wings

My Brothers popcorn shrimp was cooked, but the breading was completely raw. We told our server and said they would fix it. They brought out a second order popcorn shrimp, same results. We told the manager about it and he took the popcorn shrimp off our bill. Never go here. Go to the one in Chesterfield its much better
