I have been to this Waffle House MANY times and had good service and great food almost every time. The last time I went, about a month ago, the place was very dirty and I had to wipe off the crumbs and food from my table before I could even eat. Tonight, my husband and I drove from another town specifically to eat there and I almost walked out. I should have in fact. This was our experience. I walked in first (waiting for my husband) and the waitress was standing at the register texting on her cell phone and the cook was talking to her, neither acknowledged that a potential customer walked in the door. I had to pass up SEVEN tables full of dirty dishes from previous diners to sit in the only half clean table with the sun blaring right in my eyes as there was no other option, still not a word from the waitress or cook. I sat down and glanced behind the counter, to the food prep area and almost got up to walk out again. There was food all over the floor, the garbage cans were overflowing, there were dirty dishes from one end of the counter to the other and the waitress was still texting away on her cell... My husband walked in and went to the restroom then sat down with me. Two men walked in about five mi behind us and the waitress puts her phone in her pocket and starts cleaning off the service bar where no one is sitting, looks at us and says hold on Im coming. She then proceeds to wipe down the filthy counters with a disgusting dirty stinky towel then walks past my husband and I and goes to the table of men behind us. She takes our order, brings their drinks, texts some more then brings our drinks. She helps fix the mens food, brings it to them THEn puts our order in. I wanted to walk out but my husband had his heart set on their pork chop dinner. While we are waiting for our food, both the waitress and cook stop what theyre doing to talk ugly about a lady that had come out of the hotel that shares the parking lot with them. They laugh and carry on about this lady for quite awhile then the waitress hops on the business phone to call and tell someone else about this poor lady. The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything, acted put out when my husband asked for a refill of tea and had to ask twice for ice because he was given a glass of hot "iced" tea with zero ice! Finally, my husband said this will be our last visit which is a shame because we love their food but I will NEVER eat here again for sure!!!! I will also tell ALL my friends to steer clear of this place!!

Only table available was dirty. Sat down waited 15 minutes before asking if someone could at least clean the table. Sat another 15 minutes before having to ask if someone could take our order because patrons coming in after we did was already being seated and orders taken. Finally was given dirty sticky menus and waited another 10 minutes before order was taken. Drink order was finally taken after waiting 45 minutes. Food finally ca me out almost an hour later. Food was good but we wont be back due to the staff not knowing what they were doing. First strike was on New Years Eve and the service was horrible then as well. Employees should be trained before being let onto the floor.

My husband and I just finished eating here 10/25/2016 6:55pm. I have to say the gentleman that cooked our food did an outstanding job. Everything was delicious. I shouldve thanked him or complimented his cooking but I missed out. The young man that attended to us was on point. I hope you guys get a chance to let this cook how wonderful he did. We enjoyed it. It was a clean place.

Floor was disgusting, it smelled awful, they were cleaning out the freezer floor with nasty mop water that we unfortunately got to see, our orders were wrong, we kept having to ask for things we asked for already, the food wasnt good, and when our waitress put chili on our hash browns she took water out the coffee maker to stir them up because they were dry.

Wow, a waffle house who cant/wont make a pancake! Damn its not that hard, You use the same batter and scoop! I have been to several other WH locations who will accommodate the request as I have a child who will not touch a waffle. Its a sensory thing. How ridiculous is that!

Its waffle house. What more is there to say? As always the food was hot and the service was luke warm! The cook and manager acted like we were a bother. We could see their faces as we walked up. The server, Jay, was cool though. Real nice guy.

This place here,,, do not order the steak because it comes out less than a pork chop and is dry and a joke. Our waitress was good but they need to work on the food quality.
