Nice atmosphere. Visited on Valentines weekend and wait was relatively short, was seated well before the greeter advised we would. That is always a breath of fresh air. Our children loved watching the chef as the he jazzed out our meal. For Southern children that lives on the staple of Southern cuisine, they shockingly raved about the food and the chefs skills. A solid visit all the around and I guarantee one will not leave hungry. Only constructive criticism I can provide is the energy of the chef sets the entire meals tempo and experience. Ours maybe was a bit tired, but I can understand that. But on a high note, he even let one of our children sample a few different options that she did not order, which in turn prompted her to want to return and order the new options the next time. A bit pricey, coming in at $95 dollars for 2 adults and 3 children, but the chefs show is worth the difference. Now if only I could figure out a super spicy dish to eat in there the next time we visit. Well played chef, well played. Only other feature I didnt care for was being sat with other people I had no idea who was but understood why. A place everyone needs to go atleast once and maybe a few more times, just to explore the menu a bit better.

Great food. Designed beautifully inside. The best in Japanese food around this area, but the management is incredibly incompetent. Several workers are there over the amount of work hours you are supposed to have. The management allows workers to cuss one another in front of you while doing NOTHING about it. They constantly rehire terrible people/workers and treat the good ones like crap. There is BARELY any room in the place including the "lobby"(where people just stack up and stand in the way especially on weekends because there is no waiting area), the parking lot, the bars and Hibachis (hope you like sitting right up on other people), and the dining area. You will have zero privacy in this place because the tables are packed way too close to one another in the dining area and the chairs are as well in the bar areas. Definitely not a place for peace and quiet. The food and design are the best things they have going for them. Also, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg because they are super expensive. The food is great, but youll end up getting a bill that might make you flip out.

Ive tried sushi in the past and wasnt a fan. I visited this restaurant while traveling on business upon the recommendation of a coworker and holy crap, it was amazing! I tried the Mt. Fugi roll and it was delicious with no fishy taste at all! I also has chicken katsu which was equally delicious. The servers were very friendly and the atmosphere and decorations were top notch. Who would have thought I could find such great Japanese food in Tupelo Mississippi?

This is the best sushi place weve eaten at in Mississippi by far. None of the other sushi places in this area come close. We havent had the hibachi there, but everything we did have was delicious. The service was wonderful, the people nice, great atmosphere, and excellent Japanese food. Also very reasonably priced. They also have a takeout menu. All of our experiences here have been superb. I would recommended it.

Very good quality sushi. Although the sushi/sashimi a la carte is somewhat overpriced, the sushi rolls are delicious and reasonably priced. Hibachi is entertaining and very good quality food, although the proteins could be a little larger for the price. If youre looking for an entertaining and satisfying lunch or dinner, this is the place for you. Fun for the whole family.

This is a pretty standard hibachi and sushi resturant. If you enjoy watching your food grilled in front of you, this place should meet your expectations. If youve never been, this will be a good starter spot. The decor is very chic, with really interesting wall dividers to section off different areas of the resturant.

Great place to have Sushi. The food is beautifully displayed, always fresh and the staff is very friendly. Watching the chefs at the sushi bar is very interesting, They are true artisans. I would recommend this to anybody who loves good sushi. Have not tried the Hibachi table, but definitely plan too.

The sushi is great! Nice and fresh ! Try the dancing dragon if you are not a raw sushi person its cooked and delicious. The hibachi grill is fun to watch. They really put on a show. The only bad thing is parking is tight and the wait can be long at times ! But it is good.

One of my most favorite Japanese places in the south. The food is so tasty and the chefs really put on a show. You get a lot of food for your money. Id give it five stars but the main receptionist lady is always sour toward everyone and snippy.

My wife and I love the hibachi filet mignon plate. The service is great with a couple exceptions. I tried filet mignon in every restaurant that I been to that offers it and Mt. Fuji has an almost melt in your mouth quality to it.

Absolutely disgusted!! As we were eating our rice and about to be served our entree, this came crawling across the counter! So if you plan on eating at Mt. Fuji in Tupelo, MS be prepared to eat roaches along with your meal!

Got to love a place where you find a hair in your sushi roll and they blame you, dont apologize, or give a discount or make a new roll. Should be called "Mt. Who cares about customers"

Cool atmosphere and excellent work combining hibachi grills with standard sushi bar fare. Was a little loud and crowded at times, but the sushi was excellent and had some unique touches.

Very cozy place. Their hibachi platters come with a crazy amount of food, so you might think about that before ordering appetizers. I feel like you really get quantity and quality here.

Wow... Amazingly bad service. 18% tip was charged on my check since we were the party of 6. I am ok with it but no one cared about us compared to what we had to pay for the tip.

Knowledgeable and skilled staff, with food cooked in front of you. Sushi was high quality. It has a moderate cost, but the meals are easily enough for leftovers.
