We went to this restaurant in late September during a soccer tournament in the area. We called a week in advance to arrange it , and the manager held a private room for us , at no additional cost ; the only thing she asked was that we call with a final count an hour before our reservation , so she could make sure there would be enough food on the buffet. We called ahead , and sure enough , they had plenty of food on the buffet. We had more people , about 45 , then we could fit in the room , but that was not the restaurants fault , and some of the parents werent able to sit and eat with the team , but all the kids were able too , and it was about them , not the parents. We had a great time , and the wait staff was even coming into our room with fresh pizzas , and handing it out to people who wanted some. The chicken and pizza were excellent , and the salad bar had enough of a selection , that people who like salads were quite pleased. Overall , it was a great experience , and all the employees went above and beyond to make it that way.

Well, I decided to give it a second chance and I think Id rather get stage 4 pancreatic cancer than come here again. I thought after not being here for approximately 3 months that they would get their act together and assemble what was once a recreation of the Holocaust to something of substance. Unfortunately the only "substance" I got out of this place people call a restaurant was semen in my Californian Style pizza. If you are interested in being enslaved to what feels like the Stalins master plan, then come drop by Sun Praires own "Pizza Ranch."

This place was my favorite... But now its not! The problem is.. we arrived here and a lady in the counter told us that the buffet was over she didnt even greet us.. I looked at the time and it was only 8:00pm. She didnt explain why or anything. This really sucks I thought all restaurant serve food until all of their guest were gone. I dont think I will recommend this place again. Todays date 07/05/16

Its chicken has gone by the wayside like KFC. It was great at first but now it seems like they cook it to far in advance and it dries out under warming lights and gets tough and stringy. I returned some to the manager to no avail it happened again and again this was for take out. I will not be going back too pricey for not knowing what you are going to get dried out chicken or over cooked chicken.

Pizza Ranch in general is a very nice place to eat at. The food is always high quality and hot when its supposed to be or cold when its supposed to be cold. They have lots of variety and they are willing to make your experience custom, by allowing you to request certain pizzas or come up with your own personal request and bring them to you immediately after they are finished cooking.

This place has got way better from when they first opened. I no longer consider their pizza cardboard anymore. They have some delicious fried chicken as well. I take my kids here at least once a month. The price is reasonable about 20$ for a 6yr old, a 4yr old and for me. Reward card program is good. I usually get 5$ off my price.

If youre looking for a family dinner kind of place this is one my favorites. The chicken is most of the times recently made so its still very steamy and good. The pizza isnt much to be desire bu its not bad at all either. Overall its a great place to have a good time with friends and family and enjoy their many sides as well.

Normally really good but a bus with 70 kids showed up. There was no room for us to go up for food or to see what pizzas were even there, so after we paid and couldnt get hardly any food, we left. Perhaps they should have cooked pizzas and put them in the room for the kids instead of taking over the entire food area.

Salad bar ingredients were fresh, with decent variety. The chicken was good. Didnt try any of the sides. Ironically, the only thing that was sub-par was the pizza. Not much variety, and a lot of the pizza looked like it had been up there for a while. Overall though, I would go again.

I want this as my last meal. If ever under a death sentence, the chicken is out of this world, the salad bar and soup same kept fresh and stocked, I have to agree with one other poster the pizza is just OK not the best but not the worst I have ever had. Try it Im. Sure youll love it.

I love pizza ranch! What a great deal, if your hungry this place is the answer! My favorites are the pizza, the fried chicken and the potatoes & gravy! The staff here is attentive and friendly. I have only had positive experiences here!

As always a satisfying meal with attentive service, love the option for a gluten free buffet trip. Might try that only next time, but their pizza is always a temptation. It is a great place for family meal or a quick get-together.

The pizza buffet, chicken station, and salad bars are almost always fully stocked. Special requests for favorite pies are asked for as you pay. The staff is amazing. Constantly working to make sure the restaurant is clean and tidy

Have been there several times.Always good,the chicken meat always very good;although the skin was a little too greasy. Just removed the skin. Salad bar was very good. Pizza was very good. Service was very good and very friendly.

The people are very nice there. For those who dont eat pizza there are many options. If YoU dont see ur pizza; YoU order one N get tht tooo. GreaT atmosphere. We will be back. In Portage, Wi my granddaughter goes weekly.

After living in Chicago for 20 years, its hard to find good Pizza in WI. I would not call this place great. Pizza is acceptable. They have great chicken though! Customer service is usually pretty good.

All you can eat pizza buffet and salad bar, dinner $12, lunch $10 incl soda and coffee, friendly polite staff, clean restaurant and buffet area, if you are on a diet, steer clear. Good selection of pizzas

went there yesterday thought the chicken wasnt done still pink on the inside yuk. asked for a taco pizza with onions I had two pieces found 1 tiny onion on one slice my husband found none.

Very good fresh food. They will bring out a pizza for you even if you get the buffet. Salad bar was well stocked. Fried chicken looked awesome. Definitely a good spot to bring the family.

Awesome.y only request would be there was some standard pizza that was always out. It is always changing which is good but if you find one you like your out of luck once its gone

The only Pizza buffet i will go to. I love that they have pizza and chicken and not just stuck with pizza. There pizza is ok but the chicken is to die for. Definitely recommend.

Its ok...mostly institutional food but it will fill up your bellies and theres a lot of variety to the buffets (not just pizza). The fried chicken was actually pretty decent.
