This Quiznos location has really went down. First, this location needs to get rid of their drive thru; if a restaurant has a drive-thru, they need to learn how to use it. The menu board is located on the back of the building w/out a working speaker. It took the cook almost 5 mins to come to the window. Unprofessional and ghetto! Second, the staff is not trained well at all. There was a new employee who didnt know the menu board. That revealed to me lack of training. Third, my order was messed up. I notified the cook that I wanted meat and cheese only but... I also get a spicy-flavored mustard kind of sauce and it was disgusting. And to top it off, the new employee wrote my order down and still messed it up!!! I had to perform culinary surgery in order to eat it. I wouldve taken the sandwich back but the restaurant closed at 9. And worst of all, it took so long for them to cook my order. I only ordered two sandwiches. I was extremely disappointed. I think the drive-thru is an excellent idea but not for this location. They should save themselves some time and headaches and get rid of it. If I do decide to come back, Ill go in. At least I can watch them make it. Or Ill go to Subway. Theyre cheaper!

Terrible experience. We went to the drive thru, only to recieve slower service than we probably would have going in. The menu was out of date and drink machine was broken. After recieving the three sandwiches we ordered one of them had mayo which I had specifically asked not for, and she still had the audacity to put it on and then not put tomatoes or sauce on another sandwich. The sandwiches were poorly thrown together and when we went in to bring back the sandwich with mayo the oven broke. After looking at the health rating, which was a B, we threw out our food and left. All in all, terrrible service and crappy quality.

This is in a gas station for one. The sandwiches are still typical Quiznos so you know what youre getting. I will say this though, you can just buy a sandwich and then get chips and a drink from the gas station portion. I know thats cheap but you get a heck of a lot better deal doing that.

Too bad employees ruin the image of a business. HORRIBLE SERVICE, FOUND A LONG PIECE OF HAIR IN MY SUB. THERE IS NO TYING HAIR BACK POLICY? LITTLE KIDS ARE EMPLOYEES taking customers they are always goofing off. never gave business to this location after finding hair in my sub.
