Well we arrived at 11:00, right when the lunch menu was starting! Gave them our order and 1 hour later we still was waiting in our food! People that came in way after us, had been served and actually left before we received ours! Then we had gotten an apple pie and lemon pie and when I bite into my lemon pie, it was an apple pie! Well that happened 2 times before they figured out something was wrong!! I have been to many Whataburgers and this was by far the worst service we have ever had! They looked like they werent organized at all! When I went up to find out where I food was, they looked at me like I was crazy! Never did they apologize for the mistake! O well its over and when we did get the food it was good! Just not good service!!

In am from out of town and the staff was just rude. We were waiting on other people in our group and when my wife politely stated we were waiting for others the staff member rolled her eyes at my Wife. My sister ordered biscuits and gravy and the 5 others in our group got their food and my sisters had not yet come. She didnt get her food until after we were all finished eating. The staff were highly unorganized and I heard a couple of customers complain because of the rude and slow service.

Pretty good food. Whataburger is always good, and this location does nothing to betray that reputation. I had some sort of "Sweet and Spicy" burger, which was great. My shake was a little too thin though...kind of like chocolate milk - thats unusual for Whataburger, because their shakes are known for being thick.

Well I went inside just for a coffee and a pie, and they made it fresh, they did forget about my coffee but they made it up by given me a large one ( Ive ask for medium ), the place is clean and the employees are friendly.

One of the very few resturaunts open 24 hours in Shreveport with a drive through. This means that it will be packed late nights. Even still our good was hot and the order was right.

I was amazed by how friendly the person at the drive through was. Normally I feel rushed and that the person taking my order is mad at the world. This person was incredibly polite.

Its a burger joint. Its great if youre hungry and want to stop for a quick bite. For some reason, the piped in music is set for country music, so if thats your thing, youre good.
