This has to be within the top three Chinese food restaurants that I have eaten at. I had a large house fried rice. Granted, it was a huge shrimp but there was ONLY ONE in a large order. Spring rolls? Drier than a popcorn fart with just as much flavor.... so I am told. There is no Minnesota nice attached to this review. It was REALLY that bad.The only good thing is no MSG. Other than that they are a waste of your time. Eat your money. It has more flavor. Seriously. I will be a happy camper if and when Red Ginger delivers to Shoreview. For now, the search for a comparable restaurant continues..... I am not holding out hope after eating from this joint. NAAAAAA-HAAAAAAS-TYYYYYY!

We are out of town visitors staying at a nearby hotel from this restaurant. Overall, we (my Asian wife and I) purchased Chinese food from here based on reviews yielding 4 stars rating. The food was simply terrible! The quality of their food and freshness were questionable. We had the house fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and jumbo fried shrimp and pot stickers. On a positive side the pot stickers was decent, hence, the one star rating I provided here. To provide one explanation on the negatives, McDonalds chicken nuggets definitely is more fresh than the related chicken meat on sweet and sour chicken dish. Its best that I stop the negative comments here.

We have ordered take out (delivery) from this restaurant several times now, and have had a consistently great experience. The food always comes hot, and its always very tasty. We particularly enjoy the fried dumplings, the bean curd lo mein, and the egg rolls. Theyre usually quite generous with vegetables in their dishes (and good ones, not just a ton of celery). And in case anyone is wondering, the cream cheese puffs are a little sweet, not savory. I highly recommend this place.

Worst experience Ive ever had. We were expecting great food and great service, but it was complete opposite. We had general tso chicken, and some pieces were wet on the inside and some pieces were really chewy and couldnt get through. After complaining, the waitress actually tried some off of our plate and claimed that they were supposed to be like that. Ive never had wet general tso chicken, and its nasty that she ate off of our plate. We wont be back.

Best cheese wontons Ive ever had!!! I dont like wontons but these sheese wontons are served warm rather then cold, they almost melt in your mouth, irresistible. I tend to find most of these smaller hole in the wall Chinese restaurants a bit on the greasier side, but that couldnt be any further from the truth at this place. Plus on top off all that, if you live close they offer free delivery!!! Very nice employees and easy to get to.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant to go to. My husband started going there in college, and brought me there on one of our first dates. We always receive the most friendly service, and the food is great too! We still go there, even though its a 20 minute drive from our new house because its way better than the places around here! Great fried rice, won ton soup, and more! Huge menu!

Very large menu, about 1/2 the items are offered as hot & spicy. Duck is my favorite, and they have 4 choices for duck! The chefs specials included some i have never seen before; ill have to try them. The rooms are spacious, I think I saw beer/wine on the menu. Plenty of parking, open 7 days a week until 10:00pm, lunch buffet.

The best Chinese food in the area hands down. I order at least once a week and love their food. Their delivery is fast and efficient. I only wish I lived close enough to enjoy their lunch buffet. They have been here for over 15 years and it shows. Five stars all the way. Thanks Norm.

Good little lunch buffet. If you are looking for the biggest buffet in town, this isnt it. The food is good and the staff is friendly though so if you are looking for a quick lunch, this is the place. They also have a full menu but Ive never ordered from it.

It was ok. Im used to my moms cooking. What I ordered the menu didnt show it also has onions. I dont like onions. A huge variety of choices. The kids menu wasnt a kids menu. My boy still liked the food

You can order online, which is great, but plan ahead. Delivery always takes at least an hour to arrive. The food is fine. A combination platter can easily last for three meals.

I visit often for the 8 dollar buffet. Good selection of basic American Chinese, with a few daily changes (potato beef, curry, kungpow chicken, etc.) Hot, fresh, cheap. Do it.
