For its function, their coffee is reasonably priced. Their breakfast and edible items are flavorful yet mediocre at best. And their internet... God, their spotty internet. Any more than four wireless devices on their connection and itll be a few minutes before one webpage can load.. And beside their only male employee Steve, none of their female staff has ever greeted me upon arrival nor have they ever thanked me for my business or wished me a good evening upon my leave. The staff at this location - clearly unskilled and unmotivated toward good customer service - is lucky that good fresh-brewed coffee sells itself, specially in a downtown area. Ill go to Kladdagh Coffee down 7th for the same Dunn Bros-branded coffee yet better, more personable service.

This Dunn Bros is located close to the hospitals and as such gets a lot of the employees who work there and in the offices linked to it. Staff are friendly. VERY clean. Internet down now for a week (June 26th) which is the main reason that I go to a coffee shop, so needless to say, I pass it over for another coffee place right now. But I WILL return when it is back i n service. ps - OH the coffee is good too :)

DO NOT come here if you need to do work on your computer. I posted up thinking I could work from here like a normal coffee shop and their internet could not be worse. I missed most an important conference call because of their internet. Dunn Brothers, if you want people to actually come here, spend money and work, invest in getting better internet connection.

You cant beat the freshness of coffee roasted right there in the store. I just wish they had pounds of coffee pre-weighed, so I could just grab and go instead of waiting and holding up the line.

Unfortunately the WiFi was acting up while I was here. Staff was moderately friendly, but service was slow for a simple drink. Comfy furniture made for a relaxing stay.
