The food selection is pretty narrow. An offering of chicken fingers, fries and (prepackaged tasting coleslaw). That said when fresh the chicken fingers are tasty but Im not sure theyre in the realm of amazing. Its certainly not cheap. Heres my problem with the place: If youre a niche offering and all you have is 1 real item and 1 type of sauce to go with it, and you offer a 1/2 oz portion of "your namesake sauce" to compliment the meal yet have the balls to charge me 35 cents for another sauce cup when the combo meal is 8 bucks after tax.... Im not paying for something that should have come with the meal in the first place. Nor will I be returning to see if they do. Sorry but you lost me as a customer. Im tired of this penny pinching practice. In fact I think Ill turn the tables and pinch my money back from businesses and stop frequenting the ones who do this. Take a page from Chick-Fil-A. Their sauce is complimentary, their chicken is better and have more sides to offer. The only thing that did save this place from a 1 star is the fact the chicken was good. The rest is "meh" at best.

Chains has blessed up. May peace rest upon this restaurant. God save the Queen. But in all seriousness the chicken is very juicy, and always fresh, Texas toast is popping and fries pretty decent as well. Their sauce is like a spicy mustard, barbeque-e, flavor. Just know its hella bomb. Coleslaw is alright too, however if youre not about the slaw then you can switch it out for #AnotherOne, as in another piece of Texas toast. Their sweet tea and lemonade are also bomb. Some people have said the food was a bit salty for their taste, but Ive as well as many others rock with it heavy. For a fast food options and for the price, Canes has got to be one of the best spots to hit up.

Its raising canes, one of the few places I would ever consider giving 5 stars to. this one is a little smaller than apple valley store, but might even be smaller than the one near the UofM. the cane sauce the last few times seemed a little like it was a little off... and one of the three times i have been there since it opened the chicken wasnt really cooked properly. but I was the only one in the groups i have gone with that had that issue. otherwise it is just as good as all the other raising canes, very consistent save for maybe a mess up here or there. for being a fairly new store and being as good as it is, it is fun to see how it will get better.

Decided to eat here on a whim, no previous recommendations or info. Turned out to be very good chicken. I also enjoyed their tea, which has real cane sugar added. The only conplaints i have is that it was hard to tell exactly where the establishment was without my navigator - no signs for it, and i drove past twice. Also, they only serve chicken tenders. If you order a sandwhich, it will be a bun with tenders. Wouldve liked to see more options, but since they only serve chicken, the chicken is great. They even have their own sauce - the ingredients of which are a guarded secret

Granted it was the family and friends opening but I have to say that those who have never worked in a retail environment previously and those who have, did a wonderful job. The employees were hard working, attentive to their customers and appeared well trained. The portions exceeded my expectations, the chicken was flavorful, I loved the dipping sauce and the bread was a nice compliment to the combo meal. If things keep up, this restaurant will be as or more successful than the ones we already enjoy in Shoreview.

Ive visited all 3 other locations in the metro and this one is the best. It is the newest of the 3 but the food is always hot and delicious. The service is also very good. Raising Canes specializes in just chicken fingers and while I generally am not a fan of chicken, these are bomb. I typically get the Sandwich Combo with a side of extra sauce. Make sure you order and extra sauce, it is great! Convenient location just off the freeway helps as well.

Everyone I bring to Raising Canes is skeptical since they only serve chicken fingers. Yet every time someone tries it, they fall in love with it. This location is typically fully staffed, provides fast and friendly service, and the food is always delicious. Parking is easy, the seating inside isnt the largest, but it is much better than the Stadium Village location. I highly recommend Raising Canes.

The food is excellent, but the drive thru worker had a very snotty attitude! We were very polite, and it seemed like he was rushing us through our order. He snatched the card from our hand, and when he handed us our food he didnt even thank us or anything, but just rolled his eyes and closed the window. Im very disappointed in this unpleasant experience, and I hope to never experience this again!

If your specialty is chicken fingers, AND you charge 1.09 for each single piece, then its rather tacky/greedy to charge for dipping sauce. Bought 20 pieces the other day, and youd *think* spending over 20 bucks on chicken that they would give me at least a few free sauces. Nope....they charged me for the sauces. The chicken is good, not great. At least Chik fil a has free sauces.

Good food. First time to this chain, the chicken is very tender and juicy. The sauce is good, and different from other places. Only took one star off because I did not see staff check the dining room tables while we were eating in the seating area... Some guest had left napkins all over a table before we had arrived, and they were still on the table when we were leaving.

Food is delicious. That Texas Toast with their sauce. Mm. I will say their service is friendly and intentional. We had a young gentleman visiting tables to check and see how our food was. He kindly informed us that they want to make sure our experience at Raising Canes is only positive. Appreciate that kind of service and wish more fast food chains would pick up on it.

Its not bad, but sure isnt much to look at- its a box full of beige... the chicken fingers are quite good, the sauce would be very good if they backed off on the pepper. The soggy fries and soggy bread are obviously filler so they can get away with taking $7 from you. Like I said, the chicken is actually pretty good, Ill do it again...

Absolutely terrible. They got my order wrong so I overpaid for my food. Then got to eating it and it was cold and soggy like it had been sitting around for a while. I cant believe they give out food like that. Staff was also rude and just wanted you in and out right away. Would not go again to this one. Maybe other locations are better.

Always been a huge Canes fan and was super excited when they opened this location so much closer to home! Not crazy busy like the Apple Valley location is constantly. Food was, as always, delicious and pretty good service. Things could have been fried and toasted just a tiny bit longer, but still amazing!
