If your not a "regular", dont bother going here...and especially dont go here as a group of families after kids baseball game. The "regulars" applauded as our families left after walking by our table and making snide remarks about our kids playing pool. This place is right in our neighborhood and is so convenient...we have tried and tried and tried again to give this place our money and ironically, last night was the best service weve had in the few years of trying. But I guess the owner finds it better to cater to his "regulars", who in turn treat us "non-regulars" so badly, that we are NEVER going back here again. If I couldve paid my tab in cash last night, I would have, and then begged the 2 servers/bartenders to split it so that the owner didnt see one penny of my money. Pretty sad that you could have an absolute gold mine with the thousands of single family homes you have surrounding you, instead youve let your bad apples ruin the bunch. BTW...to the two people working last night...do yourselves a favor and find another establishment to work at...you are too good to waste away in this place with the "regulars".

Bad service, bartenders will over charge you if your intoxicated so watch your tab . . The people here who run and work at this establishment for the most part are all just a bunch of rude horrible people Also many people have been charged double when paying with a credit card or bank card and the owner will not reimburse your money if you dont have proof. Food is cooked on a George Foreman Grill or toaster oven Barteders think they deserve tips for horrorable service And they love to talk about you when you leave. Fights happen on a regular basis at night If you plan on going here, pay attention to everything because anything can happen and thats not in a good way either.. This place is doomed for failure just give it time hopefully something good will come in and replace it. Dont trust the menu prices he increases them all the time to make up for the loss in business over the years

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! The worst experience ever!!! Service sucks & the food is nowhere near what is described in the menu. Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich & chips only to find out the "seasoned chicken breast" is nothing more than shredded chicken from a can. Yes the same stuff you buy in bulk at Sams Club. Then when we expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner, he responded with aggression & rudeness. The only reason this place stays in business is because of regulars. Thats it. He has alot to learn about customer service. We will never return to this place which kinda sucks cause I used to meet many of my friends here.

When Jeff and Melinda took over this shop several years ago the change was a welcome one! Though I have always enjoyed the Mug, the atmosphere and menu have gotten even better. I appreciate the family environment during the day/evening, leaning towards an adult hang-out in the evenings with live music and an eclectic clientele. They also have a good selection of beer and wine, as well as delectable desserts.

Its ok. Clean and polished. Aesthetically unpleasing however. The decor is just not interesting and doesnt flow. Nonimmersive. Drink prices are too high. The people here seem clicky. It feels like some strangers man cave than a bar. Kinda centered on regulars. Id come here more often if drinks were cheaper and the people were more welcoming. But just for a few drinks...

The employees were respectable and attentive ... its nice to know that a small town place still respects their customers ... love the ownership and accountability they have for each other.... the young blond needs work on comstomer service but other then that I was very impressed

The service is fast and friendly, and the drinks are great. Prices are reasonable, and the patio is great in the summer. It has a great small-town feel, and its a good spot to watch the game. Can get a little bit crowded at times, but thats probably just because its good.

Horrible, horrible, horrible food. Sour salsa? How does that happen? Not in a vinegar way either, yuck!!!! Hotdogs - blah, chicken fingers - blah. Seriously this place should not serve food. If you go there - good luck.

Terrible service unless youre a regular. Asked for two whiskey cokes, got two rum and cokes. Promptly closed my tab and left. Next day found out they charged my card for more than double my final tab. Never going back.
