I was feeling slightly ill and decided to stop here for some comfort food for lunch, and had to spend a bit in the bathroom as a result of my feeling ill. The bathroom was spotless and the service was prompt when I got out, and they were actively replacing dishes they were nearly out of from the lunch rush. The food was delicious and consistent with how it normally is at various Leeann Chin locations. Overall a great experience and Im glad this restaurant is so close to where I live.

What happened to the Leeann Chin from my U of M college days!?! This is probably the 1st time back to LC in 20+ years and what a mess - $22 of slop worse than the worst Panda Express! (Which BTW is actually consistently good!) Everything was swimming in grease and/or sauce and everything that was supposed to be breaded/fried was mushy. The only reason we ate this crap when we got it home is because we were hungover! Just hoping we’re not violently ill later……

Just had a very unpleasant dining experience with an unhelpful, surly server and 4 employees shouting at each other in the kitchen and from the dining room. Much supervision is needed and training in customer service. This is not the first time for bad service at this location. Dont go late in the day unless you want the floor mopped around your feet.

Standing in line waiting to order I could here the manager yelling at an older gentlemen about something. The restaurant was out of almost everything. So myself and the ten other people in line all walked out. It is understandable to run short staffed or run behind on a busy Friday night. But the rudeness towards customers is unacceptable!

Food was okay but extremely rude employee on the line. Me and many other customers in line grew uncomfortable after the employee yelled disrespectful words at the kitchen cook man who hadnt heard her ask for Mongolian chicken. Then proceeded to talk about him needing to find another job with another employee. HOW RUDE! Never going back.

This location is noticeably worse than the average Leeann Chin. I like Leeann Chin, but theres often not enough staff at this location... So, expect to wait in line for several minutes. Plus, they have terrible portions. I got a huge amount of rice but not all that much chicken.
