Im not sure I can find enough words to describe how bad it was...enough to say that we were all starving and yet we still didnt eat our food because of how bad it was. Everything tasted terribly processed and like it had just been pulled out of a can, my daughters spaghetti and meatballs had some horribly sweet canned marinara, my fettuccine tasted like someone had accidentally spilled the lemon juice on it. On top of that the waitress was less than friendly and the ambiance was nothing to speak of. We got some broccoli on the side that looked pretty old and had already started to turn black in some areas. However despite the cheap quality of the food the prices werent cheap. For the amount of money that they charged we could have eaten at far better restaurant. We came home and made dinner again after eating there. I cant think of anything that would make us want to go back.

Very slow service at this location. The waitress was wonderful, but understaffed. We have lived in Shoreview 20 years and never had good service her. We had a full glass of beer spilled on us tonight and the manager didnt even apologize and they still charged us for the beer. After we commented, they comped the beer. My daughter who had the beer spilled on her was very sympathetic to the waitress as she has been a server and know how it feels to be overworked. Her shirt and shorts were soaked with beer, the manager did not usher one apology.

Our office uses Green Mill quite a bit both for staff lunches and board meetings. We love the menu selection. Several of us have allergies or other dietary concerns (i.e. vegetarian, Gluten Free, etc.), and we can find something to please everyone on Green Mills menu. They are always courteous and eager to please, and the food is fresh and ready at the time we need it. The pecan, craisin, spinach salad is one of our favorites!

I love the Green Mill have dined at several other locations. What happened to the delicious bread you used to serve with a herb butter. Loved it. What we received was a tasteless sort of corn bread that was cold. Bring back the good bread. I ordered the Langostino shrimp and lobster pasta. It was tasty but barely warm. Our service was good. You think you got enough tvs in there? Was glad we were seated away from them all.

Ordered a California avocado burger that came with sauteed jalapenos, lettuce, onions, avocado, and tomato. It came with unsauteed jalapenos that were too hot to eat, a single slice of avocado that covered a fourth of the burger, no onions, and a tomato that covered about half of the burger. I asked the burger to be cooked medium rare and it was perfectly cooked! And wonderful sweet potato fries.

I just experienced top-notch management skills from this Green Mill in Shoreview in the Hampton Inn!! Anything we needed, the manager (Kyle) took care of quickly and with a smile on his face. We didnt even have a problem, we just had the privilege of experiencing his professionalism and we left VERY SATISFIED!

We spent a great Thursday night at the Green Mill. Its a bit of a hike on the Red Line from the loop where we stayed, but worth the trip. There was a 16 piece big band, the Alan Gresik Swing Shift Orchestra, who play very Thursday. The covers only $6, the crowd diverse, and the vibe is very fun.

Great patio, even when its raining. Part of our food came out wrong and then took awhile to come out again, but they comped it and made sure everything was okay. Our server was super sweet and always smiling. Good variety on the menu and they have greay happy hour specials.

Im giving five stars for customer service. A malfunction in the fax machine messed up my pizza takeout, so I had to wait to have them make it when I got there. But to make it up, they gave me back the cost of the pizza AND of a beer! So great pizza and great service.

The restaurant is always clean but the food is a hit or miss sometimes its reallt good and other times I wish I would have ordered something different. I try to order something new every time but the spaghetti is good and love the French dressing for the salad

Very good pizza, we always get the pepperoni with extra cheese. DELICIOUS! Im a big eater and this pizza fills me up after 2 pieces, a 3rd will induce Thanksgiving like fullness/pain. If you like lots of good toppings and cheese, look no further.

I have been here many times due to the proximity to work. The food is consistent and the wait staff is generally OK and they have a good outdoor space. The things that could use a bit of improvement are the prices on beverages and selection.

Food so far has been great. I would avoid lunch rush because it can be a bit overwhelming for the staff especially if youre a group. If you go with 2-3, my service has been quicker. Ive had some prolonged lunches because of the popularity.

Good atmosphere, good customer service, good food, and reasonable pricing. This restaurant is in Best Western Plus hotel, but definitely not your typical hotel restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend and return.

Everyone Ive ever talked to that has eaten here loves it. The pizzas are near perfect with many options such as the traditional Chicago deep dish as well as California style pizza combinations. Ive never had something I disliked here.

Way over priced. eg: 2-topping 10" pizza, in house $16.00? Add drinks, tax & tip, you get it. Maybe its even more now. I wasnt about to jab my employer with their inflated hotel pricing so I went elsewhere in the Roseville area.

Food has gotten better, and the remodel is 100% better then was. . So many TVs now. . You can sit anywhere and watch a game, drink a good brew and enjoy. . Patio is nice also. Would like some healthy organic choices for a 5 rating.

Great food and drunk selection. Full bar, decent prices. Service gets a tad slow when it gets crowded. Good food, and decently prepared. No major complaints! I eat here about twice every 2 months when traveling in the area.

My family and I went to the Mothers Day Brunch-all the food was cold the prime rib horrible undercooked almost raw and uncooked fat-this was disappointing because we like the brunch there-sadly we will not be going back

I attended a large-group buffet gathering on 12-6-15. The food was great, the wait staff were very helpful keeping the buffet refilled as necessary. The venue perfectly suited our needs and we had a great time.

They have great food but awful drinks. Dont order a mixed drink. The bar tender is very inconsistent and does not know what they are doing. Or maybe they made me a messed up drink on purpose? Who does that?

The wait was a bit long, but other than that dinner was great. We really liked our waitress and kids pizza and Alfredo pasta was good. Walleye dinner was very good also. Perfect patio weather!
