This Vietnamese restaurant is very racist, especially the owners. My husband and I went there for lunch. The owner came and took our orders. We waited 35 minutes for our foods. We keep waiting patiently for it, but no foods came. A Vietnamese couple came in 10 minutes after us and got their foods right away. Why were we being treated differently? Is it because were not Vietnamese? It wasnt busy on that day too. There were only 4 couples included us in the restaurant on that day. I couldnt wait it any longer since it took more than half of our lunch time on the waiting part, so I told my hubby to just leave. We got up and left the place without getting our foods. The owner did NOT even apologize. All he said to my husband was, "I will go check." He could have checked like 10 minutes after we placed our order. I will NOT go back to a racist and horrible customer service restuarant like this one, no matter how good their foods are, especially when we are being treated differently.

Very good place, pho broth actually has flavor, unlike other places that taste watered down. Wings are decent size, not scrawny or deformed looking. Service is good, usually one waitress but shes very nice. I live down the street, I drive by this place everyday and thought it was only a bar, until I noticed a pho sign on their window. Im glad I have a pho restaurant down the street! I wouldnt base your judgement off other reviewers. On occasion, Id come in to eat and see huge tables and theyre being very rude and impatient. The server is very nice and when you see her, you wont even believe the other reviews. If you like to eat pho and enjoy eating pho that taste good, I highly recommend this place. The only downside is that they could add a little more meat.

Miya Thao, I am a Hmong man, and friends with the owner. She respects Hmong people. She greets my Hmong wife and Hugs my Hmong daughter when we eat there. I also see her have friendly conversation with Whites and blacks also. Yes, she is very under staffed because their business is not yet financially stable. She may have mistaken the order of which you guys came in on that day. Dont always use the race card on your situations. BTW my favorite place was PHO CA Dao untill they changed their owner and recipe. The new place to try good Vietnamese food is Mirage Bar and Grill. You have to come try it for your self. There are so many returning customers.

My first time here at this place. Had my farewell dinner here. Were a bunch of loud people hahaa. We got here 1 hour before closing time, and the staff was so friendly and let us stay past closing,so we could finish our food and still small talk by the door. The food was amazing and got our food super fast and fresh, kept getting refills without having to ask, which was amazing since we seasoned our pho pretty spicy. One of the best pho places for sure. We will be back for more.

Its a little confusing when you first walk in because the restaurant is to your left, the bar is to your right, and on the weekends, the party room in the back is also opened. The place could use a good remodel and redecoration, and there are big buckets randomly sitting around, probably because of holes in the ceiling. The service is good though, and when I tried the steamed dumplings and garlic and salt wings, they were very good. Id recommend trying the food!

Great food and place to eat. Weve been eating here for years that the owner knows us and our children. The restaurant could use a few extra hands to improve their service, but seeing how hard the owner works whether she is by herself or only has a couple people helping her, she doesnt show any frustrations and always greeting customers with a smile. This is one of our favorite places to eat at. Best Vietnamese sandwiches!

I eat here once a week with a group of coworkers. We all love this place. Awesome Pho, wings, wantons, egg rolls, etc. Never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly as well. I recommend trying the egg rolls challenge (made up by a group of us); get 3 orders of the 4 egg rolls, I think its a #3. A total of 12 egg rolls. If you eat it all.. You win at life. Best of luck!

It has a new upgrade from before. It use to have carpet as the flooring and now it has tiles which brighten up the place. As for the food I only come here for the bun mi sandwich, pho, and their rice platter. I usually dont order anything else but, my parents do and they like it. We come here often and the service is great. Its kind of a weird location but, it works.

I love this place. The eggrolls are very good. I also thoroughly enjoy the pho dac biet. The variety and flavor of ingredients, the broth, and sheer size of the dish make it an exceptional value. The staff is very friendly and effecient. I go here at least once a week. Dont change a thing!

I come here ALL THE TIME. Hong recognizes me and she even knows my usual order. Its my favorite place to eat. Big portions for a great price and the food is delicious. Im Hispanic and my family and I have never been treated poorly and Hong even asks about my family members all the time.

Food was cold! Building was cold! I had to wear a jacket. Plates were cold! Seats were cold. Obviously the furnace is not working. Workers cant even understand English. I ordered two waters for two people and they brought 4. I proceeded to order a meal and they walk away.

First time we went, we ordered Pho and sandwiches. Sandwiches came out right away, Pho took 30 min. Second time Pho was out in 5 min. The Pho and Sandwiches were very good. Plenty of the Good Stuff in the Pho Special. Im looking forward to trying more things on the menu.

This is a great place for some good Vietnamese food. The soups are tasty and the prices are right. I love some well cooked dumplings, and this place knows how to do that! Nice place for lunch during the work week. I would highly recommend them.

I always com here because its so close to work and home. Ive never been disapointed with the pho or bahni mis. They make the bread freash all the time. Its not hard to chew on like other places. The decor isnt the best. But the food is great!

It may look closed and abandoned at first, but the food there is delicious and for reasonable price. They got some Amazing Vietnamese soft bread sandwiches; get yourself a bowl of Pho, and you got yourself a perfect combination. :)

Surprisingly great food especially given the location out here in the suburbs. The waitress (only 1 and the same 1 every day) is overworked but efficient.
