I went to this location tonight I waited over 40 mins for an appetizer and more than a hour for to go food the service was very poor the girl attending the bar area was multitasking from the bar area to the main dinning area all the while four other servers stood around and talked among each other because I was so dissatisfied with the service and the wait time (not to mention it was not in the least bit packed) I asked for a manager and had to ask a second time before he came to find out exactly what the issue was he half listened to my complaints expressed is "understanding" and apologized and as expected I was offered coupons for free food (not all of us want free coupons) I continued to be polite even though I was steaming in the inside from the poor service I left and when I got home to enjoy the food I waited so long to get there was WRAPPED up long black strands of HUMAN HAIR tired in my shrimp alfredo I spent $90 on a tip and food I cant enjoy Im extremely disappointed in this location I will NEVER buy from there again and I plan on bring the hair filled tray back tomorrow

I dont like McDs, but I wouldve happily traded it for what I got here. I hadnt been for awhile and I went today for an Easter dinner with a friend. I got the *NEW garlic grilled shrimp with coleslaw, rice and broccoli. Our waitress brought the biscuits out and I was in Heaven. Delicious. I should have stopped there. The entrée came out. Half the plate was broccoli; the other half was wild rice, and two skewers of shrimp were placed on top. The shrimp tails were burnt black, and the shrimp was chewy with a dirty grill taste. The wild rice was gritty. The broccoli was absolutely inedible. It was way too big and it was rubbery. None of the food was seasoned. Everything was absolutely bland - no flavor at all, not even on my *NEW garlic grilled shrimp. I didnt taste a hint of garlic. My friend couldnt eat the fries as they were overcooked, and the rest was bland as well. The waitress was perky-friendly, but loud. She was nice. We didnt send back for different bland food; we just wanted to get out of there. Thats a place I used to love. I wont be back.

We dont expect freshly flown in seafood when we dine at Red Lobster, for that we go to Stellas. We do expect a solid meal for the price and we did not experience that last evening. From drinks to salad to entrees the entire experiemce was dissapointing. Margaritas were weak and poorly made for a premium price, salads were underdressed, entrees were so salty that they were nearly inedible. In a struggling economy, we understand that food establishments need to make some adjustments to meet their bottom line, but last nights experience will definetly influence our descision to eat at Red Lobster in the future. The quality of everything is much lower than past experiences. Its a bummer for us, it has always been a good option for a dinner out. We will stick to Granite City in the Roseville area if we feel like dropping $100 on a spur of the moment fun dinner outing for our Family, at least we will get actual Patron in our Margaritas and quality food ingredients and preparation on our plates. We wont be back to Red Lobster.

Came around 6pm ask me how many was in my party let her know 6 and one of them need a booster. They told me about a 15 to 20 min wait so we waited we watched many other people being brought in. We asked when will it be our turn the lady Debbie was rude then tried to lie and say I asked for a booth the reason why it took so long, then tried to seat my youngest child 4 year old in the bar area without asking If we were okay with having children in the bar area, so she said since we said the wrong thing about how we wanted to be seated it will take another 20 to 30 min to be seated.but I never told her what type of table I wanted. On top of it all she started talking about us in front of us and everyone she was so unprofessional.

After my 10th visit to this location in just as many years, I was compelled to write a review for all to see. Not once have I been pleased with the service by the hungover college kids, or the ladies who took time from their smoke breaks to bring me a cloudy cocktail. Lets save the space and not even comment on the food...as it doesnt deserve the effort. The service is something I would expect at...well, I wouldnt expect this level of unattentive service anywhere. Also, for $15 a plate, the food would be better utilized dumped directly into the garbage. If you have $40 to spend on dinner, I would recommend going somewhere else and actually enjoying yourself. Also, the 80s called and they want their decor back.

Good, not great. We went there specifically for the unlimited shrimp. Unfortunately, we were somewhat late. We arrived an hour before closing. We placed our order, and received it if not quickly, in an acceptable amount of time. The problem arose when we ordered the next round. Our server said that our original order had been placed twice and that was what she brought us, cold and dried out food. We reordered what we wanted and were made to feel that we should just be happy with the extra food. We were not looking for "extra food". I recommend adding the Shrimp Scampi to the Shrimp Alfredo, its actually pretty good that way. Otherwise, it was dry, cold, and to a true "New Englandah", pretty crappy seafood.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated. Didnt get our drinks right away. Server only brought my husband and I two biscuits (when we ordered $100 worth of seafood). The biscuit was on a piece of napkin in the basket! The server walked passed us but didnt take our order till we told her we were ready. I ordered the crab lovers dream that came with snow crab legs, king crab legs, crab alfredo with French fries, and I ordered another side of snow crab legs. My husband got the ny strip and lobster tail. The steak was supposed to me medium well but got it well done! I only got one peice of the king crab leg and I paid $40 bucks for the platter! The food was good but the service and portion was unacceptable!!

We went there for a later lunch so there was no line and no opinion on how they are at night. Got sat right away and they cordially asked us if we were celebrating anything (guessing thats part of their greeting). We were actually, which made it even a bit nicer. The restaurant was clean and professional as they helped a couple elder regulars out the door. Nothing surprising great or not here. The food was what you expect. Since the restaurant was emptier, it was fresh and hot, of course the Cheddar Bays were delicious. The scallops I had were surprisingly "melty" with the butter.

Terrible management, and rude servers. The food wasnt what we ordered. They first seated us in a "closed" section of the dining room where there wasnt even a server to serve our table. When I finally got up after waiting 15-20mins watching other tables be served. They said we seated ourselves in a "closed" section which was false the host seated us..and lied. Finally after having to wait another 15mins for a open table the server came and was very rude to us in many ways. Ive definitely been to better locations.
