This is the worst location. Every time I go there the are out of something and Im ALWAYS told we have to wait 7 minutes for an eggroll. I dont know that I can tell you I have ever had a good experience here. The last time we went, which was Sunday at about 630pm was the worst by far. We hadnt attempted to go there for about 3 months because it just doesnt end well for us. We go through the drive through and order 1 bowl with fried rice and orange chicken, 1 bowl with fried rice and string bean chicken, 2 egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons. Of course we have to wait to 7 minutes, ok whatever. We wait, I dont check the bag because weve waited about 12 min, so surly they got it right and head home. Get home and the order was totally wrong, I take that back we did get 2 egg rolls. One order was fried rice, sweet fire chicken and some sort of beef the other was fried rice and 2 different chicken options neither being the string bean chicken and no rangoons. So after driving there 15 minutes, waiting about 15 minutes, driving home 15 minutes and back another 15 minutes. I go in, and ask if they can correct my order. The manager made eye contact with me but didnt say anything. I give one of the kids working my receipt and open the lids and say this is not what we ordered after he says whats wrong with it. He says oh we have your order here. Which they did. The girl from the window came out and said Im so sorry thats my fault. I said lets just fix it. The first kid said we have your order right here, my response let me see, so i open the first one, is correct. The second was green beans no chicken. I said so are you telling me that you want me to take that home after its been sitting at least 25 minutes and where are the cream cheese things. He liked dumb founded and said yes but you will have to wait for the rangoons. I said NO I want my money back. Now the manager finally comes out from by the grill area and asks what happened. I refused to tell her the story again. She said the girl at the window had only been there 3 days, I said is not her fault then, someone should be helping her. The manager didnt really say much, Im not even sure she apologized. I said I well not be back here, every time something is wrong its just not worth the headache. Good luck to those of you that go. I truly hope your experience is not like the ones I have had!

I usually dont write reviews or complain about quick service restaurants, as I used to manage one myself, but this is ridiculous. Every. Single. Time. I come to this drive-thru for my very limited lunch break, I spend a minimum of 8 minutes sitting at the check out window waiting for my food. Today I ordered a popular menu item, the teriyaki chicken, and I was asked to pull forward to pay, only to be informed that it was a 9 minute wait for teriyaki chicken. I had to pick another menu item (that was a 3 minute wait) and the cashier told me she would "do me a favor" and keep the price the same, even though I changed menu items .. pretty sure its the same price regardless of the entrees I chose. I then asked for a couple extra soy sauce packets and was informed they only have 2 left. Either this store is seriously struggling or they just didnt feel like opening a new box of soy sauce packets. Isolated incidents dont bother me, but I can guarantee without fail that it will take me twice to three times as long to get my food here than at any other fast food restaurant. I have no complaints about the food, and the staff is decent sometimes, but the wait is pure torture. Also, the awning above the drive-thru ordering screen retains water and drips big water drops inside your vehicle constantly, even when its not raining. Its extremely irritating. I also wrote all this while I was waiting for my food.

Awful. Super slow service. It took 30 minutes for me to get my food and I was only third in line! (AND the first person in line was already halfway done with their order when I got there.) Most of my food was ready to go, so having to wait for fresh food wasnt the problem. (I only had to wait for fresh noodles which took 2 minutes.) There was one person cooking, one person on the counter, one person on the drive through, and one person working the register (that kept leaving to help the drive through.) The person behind the counter seemed like a new employee and couldnt multitask (like take multiple orders.) or use the register so a line was quickly forming. When I left there were at least twelve people behind me. I guess drive through is the quickest way to go but personally I dont feel like the food quality was worth the time or the price. Ill go elsewhere. Better food, quicker service.

Will never purchase "food" from this or any Panda Express. Walked in waited for over 15 minutes, there was 2 people ahead of me, only had 2 employees working. The one employee who was taking orders inside was also taking drive thru orders. Every time he would go to take an order from a guest in the store someone would drive up to the window and his attention and focus was shifted to the window. The other employee who was cooking sneezed over the food he was cooking. Eventually a manager walked out with out any sense of urgency looked around and went back wherever she had been. Needless to say when I saw the cook open mouth sneeze on the food I walked. I have never been impressed with this location, now its cemented, I will never give a dollar of my business to Panda Express, this or any location.

Worst Panda Express Ive ever been to. Drive thru is crappy. They told me that there would be a 5 minute wait for 2 eggrolls and it ended up being an hour wait. They didnt tell me that some of the things I ordered wasnt made yet. I went last night and they have half their menu blocked off and I asked why and they said that it was discontinued at that store. What?! Then I talked to my coworker about it and he said they had everything that was on the menu inside? Yeah, terrible service. I dont recommend going through drive thru EVER. Im shocked this place is still open.

Extremely Dissatisfied, when we arrived the only food they had cooked was orange chicken and some old looking teriyaki. We had to wait an addition 30 minutes for our food to be prepared. When we went to take our seats they had food on the seats and we had to clean it up ourselves. When they dished the teriyaki, they wanted to give us the old prices of teriyaki. Very unimpressed. It was a modern establishment and had TVs for entertainment.

I didnt go through the drive thru so I can only comment on the inside service. Everything was clean and staff was quiet but friendly. I came at a slow time so there was no line. Food was fresh, tasted just like every other panda express. If youre looking for fancy Chinese food then obviously youre not going to come here. When you need that orange chicken and crab rangoons, then this is the place to go.
