I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. It consisted of one piece of chicken tender and that was it. Basically had to eat at least 5 bites before I found the chicken. Definitely not worth the $8.95. Menu is confusing when it comes to burgers because apparently their pre-form patties come in the crappy 1/4 lb and the even crappier 1/3 pound patty. To confuse matters, the menu has two separate sections for burgers that are on two separate pages. So if you order a cheeseburger and dont specify what size, you will get the smaller of the two, and no lettuce, tomato or onion to garnish. IF you specify the larger of the two burger sizes, these come with the standard burger condiments. When my wife was served her burger with no lettuce tomato or onion, the server became annoyed that we werent up on the way burgers work in that joint and even commented about having to specify what kind of burger to order next time. Wouldnt be sad to see this place go dark.

This place is really bumping on Friday and Saturdays, especially upstairs at Club Reub. The food is great, the atmosphere welcoming. You really couldnt ask for more. Right across the street from me, I go there almost every day. Sometimes, when I get lonely, I will sit at the bar and usually, if I look like I need someone to talk to, nice people will strike up conversations. Very fair prices! Took my parents here once, they were really impressed.

Came with Kale, Kyle, and Mustapha. Meant to order a Bacon Cheeseburger but accidentally said California Burger, medium well. Side of fries with ranch and buffalo sauce. Came pretty quickly. Was pretty good. Took out onions and didnt eat the pickles. I would give it a :7.9: Kyle gave his Jesse James Burger :8.5: "Comprobable with Red Robin." Mustapha gave his Jesse James Burger :8: Kale gave his wings a :8:

Went for lunche on Sunday 7/30/2017 at 1pm. Terrible service. I watched 3 tables get up and leave cause not 1 of the servers greeted them after 10 mins. It took 30 mins to get our food, waitress didnt offer refills after we got our food when clearly our glasses we empty. We were missing all our side items. Never going back. The owner/ manager should be fired!! Retrain your staff!! They are clueless!!!!!!!

Last visit was a total disappointment! This was my third time there and was very disappointed. Service was awful! Food wasnt delivered in order, not all items were delivered, server dropped bill off and left, no good bye or anything. Had a hard time paying our bill as no one was told/asked to watch us. This would have a lower rating had this been my first visit. The other times is was very good.

The server raved about their burgers but it literally was the worst Ive had since my college cafeteria. It was thin, dry, bland, and you could tell it started out as a pre-formed frozen patty. Horrible. Looks like it has potential as a bar and the rest of the menu looked promising.

Service was great! The waitress was awesome and knowledgeable. The food was not. My Reuben sandwich was cold with soggy bread and my wifes burger was so greasy she could not eat it. The atmosphere was great, seems like a good place to get a few drinks.

If youre looking for a place with what I assume is local character, go for it. They have lots of beer on tap, including some regional stuff. Otherwise the food is average. They do have some vegetarian options which is a plus!

This place is so hit and miss for me. Each time its a gamble on how well the food will be prepared. Last time, I was disappointed with the food, especially for the expense. I may or may not give it another shot.

Terrible! Half the food came cold after 45 minutes, my roast beef sandwich took 1 hour 15 minutes and came after the rest of my table had finished eating. Server was not even apologetic.

The Rubens are just OK, actually kinda small. Nothing special. Egg rolls tasted like a cheap frozen product. Outdated feel to the place. Friendly staff though and free wifi.
