I ordered at 2:30pm, nobody in the restaurant, and only 2 vehicles came through drive through. I ordered 2 Italian cheese breads, 4 pizza sauces, and a Half Hula Hawaiian Half veggie pizza minus black olives. The guy seemed to be new or preoccupied with something when I ordered. He had to bring over someone to show him how to ring it up. After asking me 2 more times what type of pizza I wanted, he mustve fifured he had and he took off. I sat down to wait while he went back to make it. As I sat there I sent a text to my Fiance that I just had this feeling he was going to mess up our order.. She sent back a text with a "LoL, probably, but at least it was the thought that counted." in reference to ordering a veggie pizza for her. I should have checked it there.... Shouldve trusted my gut feeling... Got it home, flipped open the lid to a half Hula Hawaiian pizza and half Jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, green peppers, onions and mushrooms pizza... But hey it didnt have black olives! So I called the store, told the guy who I was, he remembered me. I told him what he put on it and his reaponse was. "Yeah and whats wrong with that?" I said "really dude, you dont even know what goes on your veggie pizza??" So I told him... He did say he was sorry & offered to remake it.. I was already way down in S. Moorhead so I told him just to forget it. Perhaps he was occupied too with trying to find 3 rolls of register tape that 2 others where also trying to find... Only guy really doing anything constructive was the guy in the back right with a beard.. Quietly doing his job... So thats my experience tgis time... I dont know why I keep punishing myself with ordering anything other than a $5 hot n ready pizza.

I had a terrible experience at this location, first I called to place my order because I needed to have no cheese on one pizza for my son who has an allergy. The girl who answered the phone was completely rude, first off it was pouring rain out side and I had a sick toddler so I wanted to call ahead and pick it up in the drive through she took my order after several times repeating myself she had an attitude and told me that they would not allow me to pick up through the drive through? I would think that by calling ahead would benefit them, after a lengthy discussion I arrived in the drive through to pick up the pizza and the manager is at the window yells out I made the pizza wrong, the girl that obviously answered the phone yells ( and yes this is all in front of me at the drive through window) I fricken told her she couldnt pick it up through the drive thru, I was floored and needless to say did not get the pizza nor will I ever go back. I am not sure where customer services has gone in the Fargo Moorhead area these days but I remember when it came first and the customer was treated with respect, apparently this does not apply to this business.

Honestly, this would be a decent place if Sean Jones didnt work there, Ive eaten their in the past with no problems at all, I went in their and ordered a pizza and here is this little rat faced, no better way to describe it, kid mad dogging me like I just insulted his mother, I honestly dont know what his problem was and I believe he did something to my pizza, for whatever reason, because it tasted terrible, I mean really terrible, enough to make my friends spit it out and almost vomit. The only reason we didnt take it back was because its only a $5 pizza and didnt think it was worth the effort to do so, I will never return to this store as long as hes working there and will also spread the word to others to not go there especially if hes working, they dont need their food tampered with. Im still seriously scratching my head as to what his problem might of been, perhaps a psych evaluation is in order. I used to love Little Caesers so much, but now, not so much.

I would give it a better rating. But they have thee rudest employees. I was in there few days ago and waited with my kids 5 min and not 1 of the 4 ppl working took my order. They all just looked at me. A gentleman walked up and they helped him even though we were standing there first. I say something she says "oh" and continues to help the guy. We go to little ceasers in fargo a lot, I never been treated so rude as I have the 3 times I have been to this moorhead location. The little tiny girl that works there with I believe black hair is thee worst, because of her and some of the others I will never in my life set foot in this stores location. Horrible, dirty people working.

My family and I came here to order just a couple of Pizzas. Of course we waited for our pizzas to get done. Listening to the employees of this restaurant converse with each other, they have no respect for one another. Their communication with the customers, just outright rude! Barking out, "Whatchu waiting for?" , "What do you want?" If there is anything that I know from my extensive background in customer service and managing, this is not how a business should be run. I DO NOT recommend this Little Ceasars to anyone!

Unlike the other reviews Ive read, my experience was just as I had hoped, fast and friendly. A very calming atmosphere like a crisp dewy morning on the shire permeated through every aspect of the exchange, and I felt as though my mind was going to melt and become one with the very smell of the Italian cheesy bread. I dont recommend this place to anyone, as I am claiming it for myself.

Holy moley its like an episode of Jerry Springer and the worst of the guests work here. They treat you like garbage and click their tongue if you order something extra like breadsticks. Head bobbin and shaking with all that diva jive. Its kind of fun, like watching zoo animals make your pizza. I recommend this place to everyone looking for an experience of ghetto life.

Most abrasive and disrespectful employee took my order at the drive through. I handed my credit card to pay and he muttered under his breath thinking I couldnt hear him "Pssh, a f***** credit card? Im an american and I dont know how to use cash". Handed me my food and I said Thank you, sir" and he grunted and turned away. I wont be coming back.

Terrible service , staff looks like drug users, one employee was wearing gym shorts and a tshirt while i was waiting for my pizza he gave away 2 walk ups before i stopped the 3rd one and they dont wear gloves when making your food COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED per visit on 4/13/2017

The lady was rude and I didnt understand the pricing on the sauce for the crazy bread. After the third time asking I said forget it. She got snotty and told me I didnt need to be rude and she can refuse service to anyone. I wont go back.

40 minutes in the drive through and the employees look like theyre all under 18 and couldnt move if there was a bomb was about to go off. Pizza was over done and no apologies offered. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
