Just dined again at Mendoberri last night hosting a group of six. We enjoyed the Schmankerl Board and Cheese Board as starters and then the St. Hallet Faith Shiraz wine. Fantastic starters and well presented. Then on to the following entrees: 3 Schnitzels, Jerk Chicken special, Duroc Pork Tenderloin, and Pan grilled Scottish Salmon. All were so delicious and so nicely presented. I felt like being back in Vienna. Then on to desserts: Apple Strudels, Bundt Cake and Chocolate Mohr im Hemd. Our only disappointments were the Sachertorte dessert and the Lambalot Acres Early Spring Lamb were unavailable. All this while enjoying the jazz music of Steve Clarke and the Working Stiffs...outstanding sax player. Excellent food, entertainment and Gemuetlichkeit. Highly recommended.

Im stuck at a hotel in Eagan with no car and nothing but chain restaurants and fast food nearby. I used the BiteSquad app to get dinner delivered and ordered a roasted chicken pizzette and hummus with veggies. I was shocked at the portion! I DEFINITELY have leftovers for lunch tomorrow and probably dinner, too. I wasnt expecting a full plate of fresh veggies with at least a cup of hummus ($5) and an unadvertised side salad was included as well. The delivery service was excellent and the food is delicious.

Went to Mendoberri with wife and 3 year old daughter. They have a lot of fresh, organic menu options and separate seating area if you have a child that wants to play with the kids area they setup in the front of the restaurant. The back of the restaurant surprised us and it looks very nice. The food was excellent. Soup, salad, and sandwiches were fantastic and the prices are reasonable. Its nice to have a place like this in the neighborhood.

Lovely meal. Salmon was perfect. Some non-meat choices. In-house made desserts. Seems overpriced. Quiet ambiance. Mostly women patrons. Bathrooms not tended to as one would expect for $25+per plate. Trash should not show contents. More neutral color on baby table. Some thatched bins to hide toilet paper. A framed notice of loyalty program. Nice enough place but prolly wouldnt go back (caters to the wine crowd mostly).

The food here has been pretty consistantly good, the lamb and pork dishes are very good. Wine selection has been very good, with a good selection of wines from Austria. The beer tap line is short but well rounded, with a nice selection to pair with a variety of foods. My gripe...since the old sous chef left, the fish is always overdone. OK Ive vented...I still LOVE the place.

Mendoberries had a bad night Jan 8,2014. My wife and I both ordered the hamburger which we have had there several times before. It tasted like meatloaf, like it had a filler in it. The potatoes hard and dry. The soup and salad were excellent. We have eaten at Mendoberries many times and the food and service has been excellent. Hope this was just a bad night.

Very very good fresh farm to table food. A great alternative to to heavy fatty processed food. Real homemade chicken soup, only use produce in season... Nice wine and tap beer selection. I travel quite a bit all over the US, this is a nice place to land after traveling all day.

Mendoberri stands out in the local culinary wasteland: quality food, relaxed atmosphere, decent wines, and a small indoor play area for little kids. If you can tell the difference between quantity and quality, then this oasis of fresh Chef-prepared food will work for you.

Adorable little place, modern atmosphere, super nice staff, love the whole natural/organic menu-- DELICIOUS food. By day its like a cafe where you step up to the counter to order, and by night its a sit-down restaurant. Will definitely be coming here again :)

I love this place! Great natural food, variety of options, live music on some nights. If you bring the kids there is a little play area where they can stay busy until the food comes. Try anything which sounds good for your tastes and youll love it!
