Horrible experience with my husband and parents tonight. Service was lacking, we had to ask the server twice for everything before he remembered to bring it to our table or to get back to us. My mom got iced tea and wanted sweetner, we asked if they had sweetner and he brougt sugar, so we asked again if they had sweetner that what he brought was sugar he said he had to ask. Never got back to us in regards to it, had to ask him again and he then said sugar is all they had. Waited five minutes to get our silverware after our food was already out. Then I asked to have the bill split between couples, he brings us the bill with my husbands bloody marry on my parents, they said its fine they will pay for it. Then when he charges us he charges us extra after we have him the card accidentally put my dads meal on it, refunds the money. Then the manager Rachel comes to our table and says she needs to charge my parents card for the meal. My parents are fine with this, from a customer service standpoint since I have worked in customer service for a long time seems no okay to me. You make a mistake that causes us to be in the restaurant for an extra fifteen minutes to get the issue sorted out isnt exactly a simple mistake. I said that she should have given them the meal free as they had already been charged, for the issues we have had all night and this mistake is so small should be the cost of doing business. I only call it a small issue Bc the manager who runs this location Rachel said this was a small mistake, and asked did you everyone get there food and eat it, well then they should be charged for it. Yes of course and if you hadnt already charged their credit card I would agree. But from a business standpoint you made the mistake, keeping someone there longer to charge there card again is ridiculous to me. Horrible experience and the manager Rachel could have gotten a better review if she could have made the situation better, but instead she decided to make customers more unhappy. I have worked in customer service for many years and this isnt how you make it in a business. I would say you have the wrong person running your location here. I dont want anything from my review a coupon or anything Roseville is the closest location to us and I will say I wont be back if Rachel is the one running the show. Our service from the server was also horrible, and I do know what his name was but for all I know he is a newer employee and mistakes do happen, so I wont be including it. But the manager knows better and should be the one to turn a mistake into a positive experience if possible, instead of making the experience worse than before.

Its was filthy, the garbage on the carpet built up all day long. It was like a grade school there like two adults to every seven little loud running around kids. All me yes ALL menues were very dirty and stick, the kitchen sent both of out cold fries and wings after a 45 minute wait. I had asked at order time for extra blue cheese for my wings, the guy delivering them walked all over the place looking for our table, my date had to tell him that the order was ours, upon delivering it, he asked if there would be anything else, I asked for my extra bleu cheese ..He walked away..Never to be seen again. I asked my waitress for it when I finally stood up waving my arms to get her to look my way, I asked her for the bleu cheese..She left, not to return until we had to ask a different waitress for the bleu cheese. She brought it right out then my waitress returned to ask if all was ok, I told her I got the bleu cheese from another waitress, she apologised, but at that point we had eaten about half of our cold dinner, I asked for the manager..She appeared, we talked, she just charged us for our drinks.. Nuff said...Not returning..For sure..Oh..We waited 45 minutes to get a table, and witnessed two couples leaving hurriedly while we stood there, come to find out..That they both had slipped out without paying the bill .I WONDER WHY

I use to like this place but the last couple times Ive gone in the service hasnt been that great and after today I think today may have just been my last visit. We ordered online as we had an important meeting to be at and knew we wouldnt have enough time to eat in. When getting there I was told that my online order payment didnt go through. Not a big deal I thought, so I paid but then only to find out that our food hadnt even been started. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to go, I checked the food and found there was food missing, glad I checked the bag. Once I got the missing food I asked the worker that gave it to me if they indeed were the manager like their name tag suggested, they responded yes. I proceeded to explain how we had waited 20 minutes for our food and how the order was placed about an hour earlier online, I got a simple "yes Im the manager and Im sorry about that we had a big order come in." That was it, not a "heres a coupon for next time, or free drinks, etc" . Rather disappointing coming directly from the manager, and not the customer service that makes me want to come back.

While their food is good and I do love eating at b dubs.. Never order for pick up from this location, they are notoriously abhorrent with their orders. I ordered food for my lunch one day, they estimated twenty minutes.. I got there thirty minutes after placing my order, and left 50 minutes after placing it, I tried to rush back to work (for which they made me late), got to my car.. And they put my order in wrong. As they had the person before me, and an entire group of people before me. Now, sometimes things just happen, and thats fine, but this isnt the first time its happened, as I dont know if its because they have a bunch of younger people emoyeed who just dont care at all or what, as Ive never had a bad experience at another. When I went for my refund the manager was not even apologetic, probably due to all the corrections he has to make for his employees.

Second time in a month my coworkers and I have visited this location on our lunch hour. We told the greeters, our server, and the "captain". They gave us a little sheet of paper saying that we were "short on time" so our server would be aware. Turns out, that doesnt mean a thing. We waited 40 minutes with no food in sight. Our lunch is ONE HOUR. Needless to say, we didnt have time to eat and got our food to go. When brought to the attention of Anders-Captain, he said the kitchen was backed up. Thats great but doesnt help someone on their lunch hour. It would have been great to know immediately that we would be waiting 40+ minutes before having to ask for our food to go. Terrible service. Will never be going to this location again.
