Seriously, this location does not offer a good product. Look at the photos they advertise on there website, do they look like anything they sell? I ordered an OURS size container of The Pie Who Loved Me, and I was completely dissatisfied. The ice cream was good quality; fluffy, sweet and creamy, but the mixture of Oreo Cookies and Graham Cracker pie crust was not even remotely close to the photo. Imagine having two pints of ice cream mixed with two OREO cookies and half a cracker. That is what I received. I called the store manager and was informed that this was the correct mix ratio. Are you kidding me? You can buy a package of 30 OREO cookies for $3.00! That is 10 cents a piece. A half of a graham cracker is worth a few cents! The value for the product is not worthy and I will never visit this location again. Next time you shop there, take a look at the photos of what they are representing to sell, they do not even remotely compare. Buyer beware!

I would recommend against visiting this location when theyre busy. The staff member who help me hardly mixed my ice cream and put it into too small of a container. The location was disgustingly dirty with visible hunks of ice cream on the floor My girlfriend got think mint ice cream for her treat and the flavor of it is completely synthetic and gross. Will not be coming back to this location.

Some of the employees are okay, but others are great! One employee in particular (his name was Derek) was amazing! He offered me a sample immediately, had a great positive attitude, and overall excellent customer service. I enjoy going there once in a while to get a nice treat. Ill definitely be coming back.

Love this location! Been going here since I was 4 years old. Have ordered the same thing all these years and still not sick of the same combo. Staff is very helpful and kind. However once when I went, the cashier was clearly under the influence. But other than that I highly recommend this location and company.

I love ice cream and I really like cold stone, but to charge over $4.00 for a kid cone... I think Im just going to buy ice cream at a grocery store.The staff was nice and the place was clean, but the price...booo. I wonder if its corporate pricing.

Small shop but all cold stones are tiny. Nice kids that work there though. Always satisfies my crave for ice cream. Seems spendy but portions are overflowing. I always have to take half home for later.
