Went here for dinner. Ordered the jumbo brisket meal ($13.99) to split with my 4 year old. Wife ordered the regular brisket plate ($10.99). She was asked if she wanted the sandwhich and she replied "no, just the dinner plate." Our number was called and to our surprise both meals were on buns. When I said "I dont think this is ours". The lady behind the counter rudely replied "who knows?" And went to walk off. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. I said "maam, we didnt order sandwiches." Her reply "you ordered the brisket dinners." Me: "YES! Yes, We did! Not brisket sandwiches!" Her: "what does it matter? Theyre the same price." Me: *stepping back to look at the menu that clearly shows the brisket sand which meal* No, theyre not! I want the jumbo brisket dinner and my wife would like the regular brisket dinner! Her: *grabs both plates, and proceeds to take the buns off and dump the meat on to the plates, hands them back* There you go! If we were not with my in-laws and I hadnt already paid for everyones dinner $51. We would have demanded a refund and left, but everyone was ready to eat. I will never return to this place of business and hope this review finds you before you waste your money on dry, flavorless, BBQ served by hateful ass, lazy, people!

I wouldnt even give it 1 star if i didnt have too!! We bought a Lb of sliced Brisket for dinner, when we got it you could hold it up and grease just ran out of it and it wasnt sliced it looked like it was cut with a knife about 1/4 to 1/2 in thick, are you friggin kidding me it was horrible and to top it off the so called brisket and the sauce was ice cold, who wants an ice cold bbq sandwich the nastiest crap i ever ate will never step foot back in that place and I WILL SPREAD THE WORD you can bet on that, Im not even sure it was true brisket it tasted like roastbeef and wasnt smoked at all.....Very disappointed to say the least!!

This is the worst brisket I have ever had in my life. Dry tough and grey no smoke flavor at all like they cooked it in an oven. Sides are ok. Sausage was ok. Good choice in sauces. Maybe if they spent more time on their meat they wouldnt have to try to come up with 7 different sauces to cover it up with.

Overpriced, $14.25 after tax for regular brisket plate and a drink. No smoke flavor or bark on brisket. Looked like it had been sitting in broth. Sauces are provided on the table, (6) kinds. Tried (4) of them, mediocre at best. Baked beans were average at best and potato salad was horrible. My 2¢.

The service is okay, however portions are small and the price is large. Food is borderline because it is not smoked well. Everything seems dry and sauces are only run of the mill. Really dont see how they can stay in business with Pig and Pepper BBQ just up the road.

I love this place. It is one of the best in the fort smith area! I like their selection of bbq sauces and all of their meats are moist and delicious. Their sides are really good too. Its a little pricey but really great quality and i feel it is worth every penny.

Potato salad was good. Beans were luke warm and mainly sauce. Ribs were dry and tough. I wont ever go back. The one in Fayetteville and Little Rock are good. The one in Fort Smith and Conway is awful.

Sorry service. If you dont want your Cole slaw on your sandwich they will charge you for a side item to put it on your plate. You have already payed for it. Will not be back.
