Horrible service. Im never going back. I walked up to the counter today, asked for an iced flavored coffee, and instead received an iced black coffee with a shitton of pumpkin syrup in it. I took it back to the counter, and asked the woman working, "excuse me, but I think we had a misunderstanding. I just wanted your daily flavored coffee over ice." The woman replied "yeah, well you didnt communicate that to me." I said "well, Im really sorry, but I just asked for your flavored coffee over ice. I didnt want any syrup in it." She said "we dont do that here." (I get this drink regularly). I was a bit confused, and said "you dont do that here? I get this here all the time. I just want your flavored coffee, of the day. but iced." She goes "if you have a problem, talk to my manager." So I said "well...may I please have a warm cup of flavored coffee and a glass of ice, please?" Then she said, "if you want to pay for the extra cup," and rudely refused to give me a refund or make me another drink. I even tried to explain to her that Im a barista, too (I have been for the past three years), and how incredibly easy of a situation this was to fix. When come to work, I am expected to provide quality service and treat customers kindly and respectfully. I expect that miscommunication or mix-ups can and do happen, and if so, I will happily offer to correct the mistake and the provide the customer with the drink they paid for. I definitely did not receive that service today, and was shocked and how rudely I was treated. I will not return.

Great coffee! Though the line does become absurdly long when it is most convenient to get it.
