The food was adequate. Its what youd expect from Red Lobster... warm and edible. The service however was another story. Terrible sums it up. We even had three servers for our group, but it didnt really matter. We had to repeatedly ask for refills on drinks and biscuits. Waited 10 - 30 minutes for those drinks. Yes, one of the drink orders finally arrived 30 minutes after the original request. At one point a couple people from our group decided to get their drinks from the bar. They stood at the bar for almost 20 minutes without being served so they gave up. At the end of the meal the servers had the bill so screwed up it took us OVER AN HOUR to get the bills and even then there were still mistakes. Once we got the bills the servers disappeared again and we had to walk around the restaurant and find servers to try and pay the bills and get them corrected. The real kicker was finding about a half dozen severs standing around the bar talking, not doing anything while we were trying to settle up and get the hell out. Worst dining experience I can remember.

I was actually quite impressed. The service from our waitress Brenda was outstanding and the food was delicious. I loved their $17.99 special for a 4 course meal (5 course if you include the unlined cheddar biscuits)! The wait was a little long at times but they were training someone new and it seemed a little busy, nothing too bad. We also ordered long islands, and they were made to perfection! I have lived in the area for 5 years and am now wondering why I have not been here more!

I took a group of seven people there on Sept 9, 2010 and we all had a fabulous meal. The waitress was wonderful and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Sometimes a waitress can be so pleasant that it makes the evening special and that was our experience. Our visitor from Japan was even impressed with the seafood. A well managed restaurant that cares about its food and service. Cost was about half of what I expected for quality food and service for a group of seven.

The food is awful, they somehow managed to screw up pasta. We ordered mojitos only to be given a glass of ice with a lime slice, mint leaves, a small amount of soda water, and a splash of rum, it was more ice than anything. The service is mediocre. Just dont come here. Spend the extra money and go to a real seafood restaurant or make it yourself. You are less likely to get food poisoning that way as well.

Service was ok. I asked the waitress about the sticky feeling on the table thinking it needed to be wiped, so she started spraying window cleaner directly on the table while we were seated and of course I got some too but I didnt get a wipe off, lol. All this to say Red Lobster put some more shellac on your tables because they feel gross.

Food is ok. But advertising 12$ deals, bring in the wrong kind of ghetto customers. May as well be eating at a KFC in Minneapolis. When I was here, there was a ghetto couple fighting in the parking lot. sceamimg and yelling at eachother. This is what happens when you lower the prices, to include "ghetto" people.

The service was very friendly, but the food was bad. First, there was a hair in my mashed potatoes. When I got new ones.. they were cold, just like my rice. The crab legs were not that bad, but for how much I paid, the sides should have at least been semi descent. The rice was cold and hard.

Excellent location. Close to the highway, quite a bit of seating, and friendly staff. Coworker had the lobster and steak, I had the Lobster Bake. Both were great. Our server, Robert, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. All in all, a good business lunch.

Ahh the lobster, these guys arent going to like this review. They should be happy I gave them 3 stars. Those lobsters look miserable in that sad tank. I would really like to know how fresh some of that actually is and what that freezer and kitchen look like.

The restaurant is awkward to get to, but otherwise good. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are worth going for alone, but I love their variety plates. You cant have just 1 seafood at a time when you are going all out! The waitstaff was friendly, and the place clean.

Friendly, professional service. Went there with my great wife. Our waitperson hooked us up with five (5) fresh and hot cheddar bay biscuits on the way out. Delicious, teeth shatteringly-cold Caesar salad. What else could you ever hope for in life?
