Terrible service and food. Waited 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. There was only 1 other table in the dining room. I ordered a juicy lucy. Everyone else at my table ordered their food at the same time. My juicy Lucy came late, and there was NO cheese in the middle and it was WAY over cooked. The worst part about was, when I told the waitress I was going to force it down and get out of there, even though there was NO cheese in my juicy Lucy, she demanded I paid full price. Even though she acknowledged there was no cheese in it. I dont want anything for free. Im not going to reorder my food while the rest of my table is already eating, so take my burger off the tab and every one else will pay for their meals... even though we have already waited an hour for our food and the waitress picked a fight with us. I will never eat there again. I will not even stop by for a beer. I have never had such a rude waitress in my life. Burn me once, thats it. I wont be back.

I was on the way to an appointment today and didnt have much time for lunch. I have passed by Firehouse Grille for the past year, my only regret in passing by Firehouse Grille so many times over the last year is that I never stopped in to check it out! I want to give a special thanks to the GM Joe Kemnitz. You are very personable and got me in and out for lunch quickly. Im looking forward to bringing the family out and spending a little more time enjoying Firehouse Grille. If you have never been there I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would call it my best kept secret! Mike

If youre looking for a premium sports bar in the middle of nowhere then Firehouse is your place! With flat-panel digital TVs in every corner (and in every booth) youll never miss the game or show of your choice as you eat. The food is a little expensive but the portions are filling and is worth the extra cost. A full menu is also served so pizza does not have to be the only meal though the pizza is without equal. The staff is friendly and will remember you name if you go there more then a few times. All in all, Id call this the best pizza joint in a 30 miles ratios.

The new owners should be working towards having better customer service. Since youve reopened, its been less then stellar though the place has had its moments. After last night, I am done for good. There are employees that are just plan rude and have absolutely no right working in the food industry. Erica is a great example. Remove her from the bar and put her in an office where she does not have interaction with the public. You have other employees that should be in that position that would excel. Or just continue doing what your doing and prepare for the inevitable.

Im not sure if it was an off night or something up with the kitchen, but, we waited for our food for 45 minutes. The waitress did not apologize or offer an explanation to make us feel better. If so, we may have understood instead of feeling forgotton. As for the food, my husband got the special that night, prime rib. He was not impressed. A couple of us got burgers which were ok. We did like the atmosphere of the restaurant and popcorn at the table was fun and held us over until the food arrived.

Slow but friendly service. Crappy salads, is there a boycott or national shortage of cheap lettuce? Carry out order are reduced in size to about 50%. Overall the value is the only thing missing. Lose the fancy stuff, and remember you are in farm country - simplify the menu and create value and wed eat there way more. Good beer while you wait. Lots of TVs for sports, and theyll change stations so you can catch what game you want. New thing they do is close for private parties with no notice.

I had my wedding there this last weekend, and I must say that my day was perfect!! Kate the manager went above and beyond to help me with every detail of my special day, it was elegant, yet affordable, it was perfect. The service from the staff working there was exceptional!! There are no words to explain how grateful I am for there service and everything they did for me and my husband.. if you are considering having an event, or just wanting to go to dinner, this is the place to go!!

The new owners foods are ok but they need to have plain fries with gluten free breads. And they dont check on u as often, ive sat for a long time waiting for a refill for a long time. They took out a lot of their best foods and specials and the customer service is horrible!! They need better customer service!! It needs to improve...A LOT!!! We havent had the owner or GM ask us how the food is. Their business has gone down a lot

Good food and large menu. My family of four enjoyed everything we ordered. The menu even included gluten-free options. The dining area was spacious with a large bar and there were multiple TVs for viewing, all of which made for a very nice dining experience. You have the option of dining inside or outside. The friendly staff, complimentary popcorn, and competitive pricing are sure to please!

I had the Firehouse Grille cater a morning meeting in the Elko New Market area. All the food and beverages were delivered on time with the delivery person even helping to set it up. We had more than enough food for the reasonable price that was charged. The food was fresh, and the coffee was hot. Ill definitely call them again for catering services!

Young wait staff, took a while to get drinks. IF we didnt have a slight time crunch it would have been absolutely fine. Popcorn tasted awesome! We had the breakfast hamburger and mushroom burger. Tasted great! We are definitely coming back!! Oh yeah I love the decor! Second visit was amazing.. All you can eat ribs!! Super thick!!

The new owners are wonderful!! John is upset because he was asked to leave after he got intoxicated and called his bartender an obscene name. Believe me when I say, John we are glad you are done coming into this establishment. Youd be hard pressed to find a place thats wants your business when you treat people that way.

Way understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. Waited at the door for a good 10 minutes before we asked if we could sit ourselves. Menus were brought over to us from a lady that seemed to be the manager and were told itd be another 5-10 until a server got to us. Food was good, too bad you cant hold good customer service.

Food is great here. Excellent margaritas and drinks. They have daily specials for dinner, which is great if your a busy family and you want to stop somewhere because you didnt have time to prepare a meal. The chili cheese fries are delicious, my kids love them. We come regularly to support our local restaurant.

We stopped here on our way through town. The prices were great for the game day specials. Wings were hot and spicy. Burgers were hand pattied and the lettuce wrap was a delightful surprise to the standard bar fare. Wish were closer would maybe try it again. A little off the beaten path.
