Was good in the beginning, tasty treats, good bread, and fast internet, but ever since Mid/Late April Ive been putting up with no-good wifi & I just cant spend any more $ on a store that claims to have wifi but cant get it to work for me, so Today marks my LAST & Final day of patronizing Panera Bread!!! Every SINGLE TIME I go in there even tho their WiFi is Consistently 3 Bars and Always immediately pops up when I walk in IT NEVER WORKS, and its happened at the one at MOA & at the one at the one at Hazelton. I have a free reward Im going to be using up soon and then Im closing my account and moving my $$ over to SBUX, plus Im gold overall at Starbucks, so it makes sense to consolidate to 1 rewards program and to only dine at 1 cafe anyhow.

Emily failed to ask for my Rewards Card before completely my cash transaction so when I reminded her she told me to just swipe it through their machine, which of course didnt work. When i asked her to fix it and print my Rewards receipt she told me to do it myself on their website which took 10 minutes to finally figure out. The food was also mediocre so this entire experience was disappointing.

For years it is our family-favorite place to go for a weeknight dinner. Went there after a few months, and found that the place has some subtle changes. The food was not very tasty, felt like they have changed their cooks/cooking style. The dinnerware changed from heavy porcelain to cheap melamine. Soup was not served warm enough. Altogether, the quality has gone down quite a bit.

Came on memorial day with my family around 10:30 am. The lady who brought out the food was extremely impolite and unprofessional. She brought the food out with a bad attitude, she literally threw our plates on the table and say "be back with more" referring our second plate. It was very uncall for. Not returning to this location again.

As we approach the winter months I go to Panera 2-3 times per week. Went 2 weeks ago and there was an unacceptably long line for ordering. Turned around and left. Went again today to give it another try. Ordering was fine. Took 35 minutes to get food and had difficulty finding seat. They have permanently lost my business.

Not one of the better Paneras Ive been to, but still good. Wi-Fi bandwidth is very low, and coffee urns arent monitored often enough as to being full. Food is on a par with others in the chain. Google navigation has it on the wrong side of the street and has you turning right rather than left from York Ave going north.

The place is pretty crowded at 1 in the afternoon on a Thursday. We were able to snag the last table that was open. The parking lot is a nightmare. The food is just as good as Any other paneras. I would rather go to a different location that isnt so busy.

Panera has a great selection of healthy foods. All their food can be customized to suit your taste. They have a wonderful kiosk ordering system. After logging in I can see all my favorites and cam order without taking my credit card out of my wallet.

I love the wild rice soup in a bread bowl! SO yummy! Cant go wrong on those cold winter days! The service is always speedy and helpful. The place is always cleaned up well. Definitely worth a stop when you are feeling hungry.
