Hooray for Starbucks. Consistency is key in my opinion as far as Starbucks is concerned. This location was very consistent and I was surprised to see how well staffed it was. We were able to order quickly and our drinks were made efficiently. The big con for this location is the awkward drive-thru. Its narrow and somewhat hard to navigate. Otherwise, there is a ton of seating inside this location and the interior here is actually very large. There is a large merchandise section as well as a huge wall filled with boxes of k-cups available to purchase. Additionally, this location offers a Starbucks Reserve section with the limited release coffees available for purchase.

A barista at this location openly mocked my cousins stutter. She added extra letters to her name when writing it on her cup and actually had the audacity to use that cup for her beverage and present it to her. The manager on staff did not see an issue with this and did nothing. Words cannot express how disgusted I am with this business. The only reason I am rating this store one star is because zero stars and negative stars are not options. I would not be caught dead in this store, and if youre a decent human being, neither should you.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Besides serving the typical bitter, disgusting coffee that is Starbucks norm, the baristas were exceptionally inept. The cashier threw away my gift card without asking if I would like it back- it would have had a remaining balance enough to buy another drink another day. Well, keep your money, Starbucks. Ill go brew some coffee at home that at least tastes better than the disgustingly bitter drink I was served today.

When my startup makes me a bazillionaire I will probably have to write this place a check :). That being said there is really just one large table if you want to work with a group, the rest of the tables are smaller and good for working solo. but are cramped if your working with someone else and you both have computers. Otherwise its a Starbucks for which you really dont need to be reading reviews to know whats up.

Me and my family ordered here and staff was very unpleasant. I ordered chai tea latte, but gave me an iced one. I said I ordered chai tea latte not "iced"chai tea latte. My dad ordered a green tea lemonade, tall and it took them over 10 or 15 minutes to get it done. People who were behind us already left, but ours took so long. This is the first time Ive experienced a very bad service , only in this branch.

I come to the Starbucks every morning between 7:40 a.m. and 8 a.m. I have always had the same consistent high quality service whether they are busy or slow. Their staff takes the time to make your order correct and they also try to get to know you. As a Starbucks aficionado I give this 5 stars and if it was possible I would give them more.

Have tried this location several times and they fail every time. Slow, slow, slow drive through and underfilled drinks. Today my coffee was more than an inch below the rim (yes, I measured once I got to work). I suggest the Caribou down the street.

Its pretty good place to get a cup of coffee. I wish there were more spaces to plug in devices though that werent at high tops. Currently, there is really only the back corner that has easy electrical access.

Classy stop, lots of good seating and friendly staff. Music is sometimes a little loud, and parking is a little inconvenient, but overall a very good specimen of the Starbucks brand.
