One of the slowest Starbucks drive-thrus I have ever experienced. 2 cars in line will yield a 10 minute wait. Consistently. I know this is not the norm with other locations as I have given my business to other locations for years at a time. They have two people ask for your order more times than not, leaving me to wonder if they know who should be performing what task. Speaker is overly loud and with two people asking "what do you want" its deafening. Overall a very mediocre experience at best.

Dont know how long Starbucks has been in this location. The last time I was in Chan, they were at the Pond Promenade address. I dont know what the deal is with this place, but I have never waited such a long time for my drink at any Starbucks prior. EVER. And all I ordered was a small mocha with almond milk and no whip. There wasnt a line in front of me. There wasnt a huge drive through line, just a couple of cars. It wasnt a busy time of day. I hate to see what its like during rush.

I came inside to order Monday at 9am. Nobody was in line in front of me and there were 2 or 3 cars in the drive-through. There were 4 or 5 workers. I was able to order immediately, but it took over 5 minutes to get my drink. The workers were spending all their time looking at each other, talking to each other, laughing and NOT working. A little more focus on doing their job and providing a better customer experience would be nice.

This was the worst experience Ive had in my life. I came here to simply exchange a cup I recieved for Christmas. I waited 15+ minutes until I was helped, there was plenty of staff but they were all too stuck up and ride to acknowledge my existence. I will NEVER return to this Starbucks again, I will drive the extra 5 minutes to a caribou because at least theyre friendly there.

The location is very difficult to get to. Parking is atrocious. And even with all the employees working there it still took longer than it should have to order and get my drink. The place was clean and the employees were friendly, but I will not be stopping here before work unless I have a good 30 to 45 minutes before I have to get to work. And work is very close by.

This is your typical Starbucks. Has kind of a wonky driveway/parking lot. Nice updated clean interior. Fast friendly service although I do skip the drive thru if the line is long. The one thing that I would appreciate them changing would be bulk sugar instead of packets of sugar at the condiment station.

Some lady got my order wrong and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes when I couldnt hear her over the loud noise that was going around the place. Its not my fault you speak very quiet. Im also sorry that you hate your job but that doesnt mean you take it out on the customers, lady.

The drive through takes over 20 minutes on a usual day. Compared to the 5 minutes at Eden prairie, this location is incredibly slow. Most of the employees are and the inside is quite nice. However, dont come here unless youre waiting to sit around and wait for your drink.

Even if you order 10 minutes ahead from the app youll still be lucky if its done by the time you arrive. They are very, very slow. If you are in a hurry go to another location or if youre desperate to the McDonalds across the street.

Probably the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Dont know if theyre understaffed or if the staff is negligent, but everything from the drink counter to the cream/sugar station to the bathroom was filthy.
