I must start off by saying that this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with restaurants in my entire life!!!! We waited a full 23 minutes in the drive-thru to place our order, which is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for even a “busy” drive-thru restaurant. One the order was placed, a female employee told me our order was $46 and some change. Once we placed our order it took another 27 minutes to get up to the drive-thru window to pay. Once we arrived at the window, the same employee took my credit card and disappeared. She then came back and said ,“What did you order?”. I repeated our order and she said, "Oops, it looks like your order didnt ring up". After a 50 minute++ wait, we received no food, no explanation, and no apology. Our family was extremely hungry and could not afford to wait another 30 mins++ for them to ring in and make our order. We then pulled ahead and my husband entered the store to talk or get the managers information. As he enters, the manager on duty is sitting down while one female employee is running around with her head cut off. They had no food available to serve anyone and she was trying to manage the front, the drive-thru, and cooking. The manager just sat there and offered no help to her or accommodation to any of the upset customers. He then told my husband to just “look the information up online” as he wasn’t willing to get him any assistance.

I have mixed feelings about this. It was my first time ever having Popeyes and the food was wonderful! However we arrived at 8:40pm to find the doors locked even though the sign clearly says the lobby closes at 9:00 pm. When people that were in there left we walked in since it wasnt supposed to be closed per the sign and when we were ordering the manager that was there said (in much of an attitude) that the lobby was supposed to be closed. We asked the cashier what time they close and she said 9:00pm but the manager decided to close early and even though at this time it was 15 minutes to 9:00pm we were kicked out with our food even though they were still open and we had to eat outside in the dark and it was a little chilli. Low and behold though the manager let her family in and they were allowed to eat inside but she forced us paying costumers to eat outside in the dark. Overall the manager was awful, rude and had the attitude of a spoiled brat. The cashier that helped us however was nice and you could see in her eyes she felt bad. So in a sum, the food was good, just wish they taught the manager how to actually be a manager and show costumer service. I suggest you retrain her and also teach her the times that the store is supposed to be open until.

I have went there several times. Each time the food was cold, and the staff was very un-attentive. On one occasion, I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. There were several staff behind counter and it seemed like they were playing the "pretend like you dont see him" game. After waiting for another 10 minutes for my order even though I was the only customer the staff of 5 had, I left annoyed only to find out when I got home the order was entirely wrong! Five staff, one customer, fifteen minutes and still- they got my order wrong! I thought that maybe this was an anomaly. I was wrong, On another occasion, I went to the location in the middle of afternoon, and I found the doors locked. No "closed" sign was on the door. It was during regular business hours (2p.m.- sunny weather). The staff was simply sitting inside the locked restaurant doing what appeared to be nothing and could clearly see me at the door. It was a waste of my lunch break. I am not sure how this place stays in business, or who owns it. It is operated by lazy and or incompetent staff that appear to be surprised by the idea that a customer might walk through the doors and expect to be able to purchase food. I am never eating there again!

Incompetence at its best, meaning it was really, really bad. We should have just left and sorry we didnt. The young woman taking orders seemed clueless, thus with 2-orders (1 of 2-people, 2nd was a Dad & 3-kids) we waited over 15-minutes to place our order. Apparently youre supposed to order combo meals as I just wanted chicken and didnt see the prices to do so, but ended up paying approx 25% more for 3-pieces of chicken than a combo meal which included a drink and sides. Then we had a Drunken young black male behind us that was harassing the crew and black woman waiting for her order. They were out of biscuits. We will NOT be back, and I will tell everyone how bad this place is. The prices are crazy for this quality of service and food. The Regular Chicken I had was so HOT (Not SPICY), that I had to let it cool for 10-15 minutes to eat it so I would burn my mouth. The Popeyes corporate people better take this place over because it will FAIL!

Holy christ. The store is supposed to be open til 10pm. The shut off all their lights and put a sign on the lobby saying they are closed at 9pm. But drive thru is open. Even though you cant see anything. . Also they told me they had no mild chicken so I had to wait 15 mins for it. When i asked about the lights they said the switch was on but they were not lit. Wtf!!!! Is this how you run a business!!! Where is the owner?? He/she must like losing business??? I saw 3 cars pull out because they thought it was closed. Unbelievable. Lets just hope my order is right. I put a call in to corporate, lets see if they care.

So sad. This is poorly run, was dirty and hard to eat at. Parking lot was empty and full of garbage. OUT OF EVERYTHING!!! From sauces, napkins to the fountain soda machine. The bathroom was dirty, out of toilet paper and the hand soap machine was open and broken. (So you can only guess how the staff was washin their hands and going to the bathroom)..Food was cold, and the owner helped me (A very nicely dressed persian man)...I LOVE Popeyes and the one in downtown Minneapolis in Uptown never misses what Popeyes is known for. If the owned cared a little, it would come back to him many times over..

Ive been to other Popeyes locations and I very much enjoy the food. This location, however, seems to have incompetent staff. I arrived at noon once and they were just unlocking the doors. Another group almost came and left when they initially found the doors locked. Then, once inside I found that none of their boneless chicken strips were available because they were "still frozen." Many others came in trying to order the same thing. Total lack of organization, took forever to get my food (had to get regular chicken). This location needs a change in management.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Slow at the drive through had multiple people talking to me on the intercom one telling me to hold on and the other one asking for my order. As I was ordering one of the ladies on the intercom, who was very confused about my order proceed to let out a frustrating sigh as I was trying to order. I had 4 meals that I ordered and it should not have been this difficult. They also managed to screw up the order that I placed. I will not be returning to this location or probably Popeyes again.
