We tried the general tso pizza. Its unfortunate the pizzas largest size is a 12 inch cause it was really good. The crust and toppings were great - it was fun watching the oven master rotate the pizzas in the oven. I noticed he checked l and rotated often which lead to a evenly cooked pizza with perfect crispy crust. Atmosphere is really cool and staff was friendly and really seemed enthused about what is happening at Roasted. They make basically everything there from scratch so prices do reflect that as it seemed to be a little expensive. I can promise you wont find anything like it in a 100 miles though. I will definitely be back and would recommend to any local or summer time tourist.

Mixed feelings about our visit. Coffee and cinnamon roll were great, cupcake on the dry side. Ruben sandwich was very good. Bison burger and pizza OK. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was when we ordered beverages at our table, we werent told you get one refill on coffee and NO refills on iced tea! When we asked for a second glass of tea we were then told NO REFILLS. As many refills on sofa as you wish. Also, on the coffee and tea board it says iced tea is $2.50 and we were charged $3.00 at our table. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager but was just passed from one voicemail to another.

Out for our dinner two year anniversary. We started with the beef carpaccio with a their Pinot noir which paired very well. I had the mussels, truffle fries, and broccoli which were all fantastic. My wife had a side salad with the house blue cheese dressing and the fire roasted pretzel dip with their house made pretzel bread. All of which was worth cleaning the plate. (Also, mussels might be the best in town.)

We went to Roasted for Mothers Day. The food was delicious. At our table we had 2 flavors of pizza, our kids loved the pepperoni, the adults loved the Greek pizza. We also had a bison burger which was excellent and a very nice cut of filet mignon. Service was good. Its so nice to have a new restaurant in town! We will definitely be back.

Great pizza and sandwich place. The atmosphere is rustic and modern. They have full bar and very comfortable bar chairs... perfect for visiting. The coffee and sweet goodies are great... you must try the coffee. The service has improved with time. Roasted is new to the DL area. A must stop and enjoy kinda place.

Experienced Roasted for the first time on Saturday evening. The restaurant was busy, but still had great service. We had the Magherita Pizza and it was great. The crust was fabulous. The had live acoustic music and the ambiance was wonderful. Will stop bey often!

Found a piece of a plastic wrapper in our burger and the chicken breast was dry and rubbery. Nothing special, just an overpriced placed to eat. The service was very bad. 2 stars because the place was clean and atmosphere was different than others in DL.

Very high priced. Food is ok at best. Cool place inside but not cool enough to keep us coming back. Special bakery??? Nothing special about it. to justify the high price. Everyone remember the Becker? Pretty sure this place is on the same track.

This place is great! From woodfired pizzas to craft beer, and from delicious baked items to hand-selected coffee thats roasted in-house, there is definitely something for everyone here.
