The Abbey is good little spot with good food, good prices with banging Karaoke. Just dont go if Maggie is working. Call first before you head out and DONT go if Maggie is working. She is a horrible bar tender that will try to inflate your tab 25% to 40% with drinks no one drank and then shell get bent when you dont tip her. Even if you are paying cash all night shell still try to stick you with a tab at closing time. She is awful. Like the Abbey. . dont like Maggie.

Came here for an event. Wasnt expecting much but turns out to be a great place. Prices are priced fairly. I was hungry so I ordered the triple decker club with fries, and that was absolutely amazing. Did not expect that. Our waitress was bomb, super friendly, checked up on us. They had free promotional beer, it was a light beer from Amsterdam, not bad especially for being free. I would defiantly go again.

Strong drinks and great bartenders, especially Casey! I went last Saturday on kareoke night and we had a blast! Best DJ. Only down side is the smokey-ness, for a nonsmoker I couldnt breathe after being there for a few hours. I still recommend this place.

Favorite bar on 7th . Pool tables, tvs and games , can bring your own food , cold beer good drinks . Great place to seriously chill with your friends extremely laid back with none of that annoying tcu student drama . Love the staff and owners!

Best dive west of Beltway 8. Great tenders, funny old farts during afternoons, younger crowds on weekends and Friday nights. Well poured cheap drinks- if you spend 20 bucks here, be prepared for a 1.5 bac and walk or call a cab!

The best kind of dive bar -- friendly regulars and staff, amazing karaoke nights (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and most Saturdays), and awesome shot specials. Mad kudos!
