This place was freezing cold. So cold we could not eat inside. We elected to get carry out containers & eat outside. The tables were disgusting & sticky plus the trash was overflowing. When we were ready to leave I informed them of the trash & they were very friendly & said they would get right on it. We left 15 minutes later & trash was in same condition. The worse part is we ate at 8:00 pm on the 13th of August on the way to an important meeting in Minneapolis that cannot be rescheduled. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. with diarrhea & vomiting, sweats then chills. The only thing I had that my family did not have that night was the sweet fire chicken. It has taken me 2 hours of sickness to get to the point that I could even write this review. I hope I can get to my meeting & I will be monitoring this site to see if anybody else that ate here on August 13th became ill. I will not return to this location.

Waited all night for some chinese food to have one of the worst experiences Ive ever seen for a food service. I got there at 10:34(4 minutes after opening time) to wait at the drive in ordering box for 5 minutes before someone finally got on it to tell me We currently only have Chow Mein, Fried Rice and Teriyaki Chicken." Really? You open up your store with only 3 items from your entire menu available with 2 of them only being sides? Why would you even run a store if you cant actually give the business you are meant to. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store anytime soon because clearly they cant handle one customer for business. Completely disgusted.

Want it fresh go here want it fast go to Mcdonalds. Get rid of drivethru wrong choice management wake up. Clean but cold atmosphere and drink station shouldnt be in a corner it can become cluttered when busy. Presentation always good but what are you saying. Quit worrying about food cost and rotate your bins dont hope the customer will want the old food and come back. I know what Panda Express can perform and the one in Waxahachie Texas has an actual oriental chef and that place is banning business. Do yourself a favor do it right or close your doors so there will be more parking availability

We ordered at 6:37 an entree they had to make and were told it wouldnt be that long. We overheard the person ask their coworker to make and and he didnt hear or something like that. Overheard her ask 2 more times for it before we got our food. We left at 6:59. Bad customer service. She not once gave us an update on our food and where it was at in the line. Probably 15 people came and went in the time between our order and leaving. We got home and opened our bag of food and it was flooded with sauce and the bag had a hole and leaked all over. Very disappointing experience.

After waiting several minutes just to order at the drive up, someone finally came over the intercom and said we had to wait a couple more minutes to order. Finally got to the window, the girl was rude and rushing us. Get home to eat, my egg rolls are burnt and nasty looking, my spring rolls are basically raw and taste terrible and they forgot the sweet and sour sauce. My SOs food is fine, mine is trash. I get that places get busy, I can understand the staff being a little short with customers during a busy lunch but being busy is no excuse for food that cant be eaten.

If it is possible to give Panda zero stars, I would. I waited in the drive through tonight for 30 minutes just to get a bowl of orange chicken and fried rice. Tried to stay patient, but that is absurd. Their slow service has happened to me more than once and I try to give them second chances, but I am done with this place. They never have their food prepared when it is needed, and if you do so happen to order something that they have, it is cold. Waste of money and time.

the last few times we have come here, we walked out. the place is a mess. dirty tables and dirty floors. the tea was out for about 30 mins before it was replaced. the team lead / manager, doesnt seem to think it is there job to step up and help out when needed. They have very bad customer service and blame shift..."Im the only one here to clean" AGAIN where is the manager to clean up/help out when its busy? just go somewhere else...this place is ran by children.

The food was mediocre and I thought over priced for the quality. The customer service was bordering on hostile. I watched to see if everyone was treated the same way and yes, there was only one employee who smiled the entire time we were there, the other two cashiers were snippy with everyone and there was a lot of eye rolling.

I wish I could share the picture of the food I just got! I sat in line for 20 minutes and when I got my food there were only about 6 pieces of chicken! I have purchased the bowls before and I have never been so frustrated with the service, wait time, and the minimal amount of actual food I received.

Pulled into drive through and after a minute and a half asked if someone was on the drive through headset. Was told theyd be with me in a minute. Waited three minutes and asked again. No response at all. Left to eat somewhere else. Only taking the time to review because google maps prompted.

my favorite place around here for chinese. food is always nice and hot, service is typically good, only issue i had was when a huge piece of orange chicken wasnt cooked all the way, but thats understandable as it was a really big piece, and the fact theyre always out of my favorite gatorade.

Was in drive threw for 20 mins and line did not move ...... I got out of the line and came around the building and 4 employees are on the front side of the counter talking in the in dining area ... .... Not helping all the customers waiting in the drive ..... I will not be returning

Worst drive up service that we have every experienced!!!! Multiple times we have been there and it takes 10-20 minutes to get your food. Tonight it actually took 20 minutes. When we spoke to the manager he had no clue... Time for new management or we will not be returning.

Ordered an orange chicken bowl and egg roll got rice bowl with a few pieces of orange chicken and no sweat and sour sause for my roll usually I wouldnt complain buy this is the third time in a row. Never again PE. BOOO

Only have half the advertised menu without a 20 min wait, get rid of the drive thru its pointless when you can get quicker service going inside. Food o.k. if available, service blah, dont waste your time..

I think that the food is very good but 4/5. There customer service is good, but they lack in good speed. I find myself waiting in a line a lot. Other than this, great food, and wonderful tea, my favorite!
