Literally the worst caribou. Every time I go here theres some crazy thing going on or orders are completely wrong no matter if its busy, through the drive through, or the inside. Very very disorganized. Today I ordered a iced vanilla latte, an iced americano, and an iced vanilla rooibos tea latte. All drinks Ive gotten before in the past. Had to explain 3 times that we wanted cream and Splenda in the americano, twice that it was an iced rooibos not hot. Finally after waiting for a few mins she repeated back to us the order, and it still didnt have cream or sugar in the americano. Get to the window and pay. Give me the vanilla latte and americano and disappear and then they come back and tell us they dont make rooibos any more and that they can make me a hot chai... This could have been brought up before I paid... Go to Starbucks or Dun brothers instead.

We arrived just in time before a rush and ordered coffee and bagel sandwiches. We had our food in less than 5 minutes and we were a family of 5. Also, the mad rush that came after us was gone in less than 10 minutes. They are fast, efficient and clean.

Every time I come here my coffee is never made right . I order crafted press with half the amount of dark chocolate and I get my coffee and all I taste is chocolate and LOTS of ice ! The lines are always really long . Stick to easy made coffee here !

It seems every time I go here for coffee they screw up my order! I order my coffee with one packet of sweetener!! It never makes it in to the coffee!! Dunn Bros doesnt seem to have that problem! Im taking my businesses back to Dunn Bros!

Excellent service and coffee made perfectly to order! Beautiful and cozy inside! The lines may sometimes be long but theres a good reason for that - so many customers! Its worth the wait every time. :)

Beware if you go here and have a food allergy. The staff doesnt know what is in any of the food and even the online allergen menu is wrong. Everything is cooked in butter even if it says dairy free.

Moved to maple lake in 2013, and after living in the cities my whole life I would tell my husband they really need a caribou in buffalo area. I must say it is truly a treat to finally see one!! :)

This Caribou always has great service. It is always there top priority to have you served. I dont think I have ever waited more then 5 maybe 10 minutes to have my drink and food in hand.

The only downside is that they are incredibly slow. Only go if you have at least 10 minutes to wait around. In store and the drive through. Otherwise they get my order right every time
