Decided to stop by this starbucks on my way back from an appt. Walked in and even though they were not busy, the staff was actually quite rude, non welcoming and too busy talking to one another to acknowledge a paying customer. When I asked for an almond croissant and to have it warmed, I actually got it back burned. Could not eat it. I also ordered a small which chocolate mocha coffee...the actual grind tasted burned and the sweetness of the white chocolate was not hardly noticeable. Sorry, I love starbucks, but this location and its employees were just awful. Will not return. If you are not happy with your job and take pride in not only the service you provide, but the quality of your product, then please do us all a favor and find different employment. You give Starbucks a bad rap.

The illiterate dude with meth teeth was clearly not named Joann but there he was walking out to his rusted hillbilly hooptie with his paw wrapped around my friends quad French Hazelnut venti. Why do you bother writing peoples names on their drinks if youre not going to use them? And his mouth breather wife gave the barrista great advice on how to screw up my drink, which she was quite willing to follow. The cashier had her head up her keister too.

Very slow, didnt ask for customer name, staff visiting with friend, who came in after all customers in store and she received her drink first, then she precided to other side of counter where you order and staff continued to chit chat her. When calling out orders could barely hear. Made 3 drinks that just sat on counter. Worst customer service i have ever received at a Starbucks.

Besides being incredibly slow, I just witnessed an employee get on her hands and knees, full contact with the floor, to retrieve a headset. She then handed the headset to another employee who put it on, touching her hair. The first employee then proceeded to pick up cups by the rims and make drinks. Neither washed her hands. Then my order was wrong and it had to be remade.

May have come at the wrong time but I waited for 30 minutes for 2 drinks. The guy who was making blended beverages was also making them for the drive thru. Those who ordered after me were getting their drinks before me and when I asked they didnt have my ticket. Not a good experience at all.

Ordering cake to go with coffee proved to be a problem. The drinks came out promptly but there was a ten minute delay on the cakes which were ordered at the same time. When we asked where they were, we were told "just a minute". To top it all, the cakes had been in the display case too long.

Service here, both drive-thru and inside, is the slowest Starbucks experience I have ever had - by far. Even when it arrived, my cappuccino was way too hot. And to go with the slow service, the Internet connection is the slowest Ive ever experienced at Starbucks. Go elsewhere...

There were only 2 people in front of me, and the drive thur wasnt very busy. The staff was slow. Took almost 10 min for a just an iced coffee. Counters were dirty. The only good thing about this placer was the guy who took my order.

This has always been a decent Starbucks but their hours show they open at 5am yet this morning at 6:30am there was no inside this location that I could see. I was unable to get any coffee before driving out of town on I-49.

I like this place the Baristas take time to talk to you and they are totally willing to do special orders, and even if the parking does suck theres a huge parking lot nearby. With more power plugs it would be five stars

Love it ,love it the service is quick and easy of course has a line out to bertkouns every morning but still i walk in get all smiles,greetings and prompt service . In and out hardly no wait at all so love it........

90% of the time I am in and out within 8 minutes on weekday mornings around 8am. Great service and consistent taste no matter which of my two drinks I order. South Shreveport could use another Starbucks though.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Its close to my home and the Baristas take time to get to know you, which isnt long if you are a repeat customer. Been a loyal customer since 2013.
