Love Starbucks, but this location is poorly managed. Ordered 4 things. Got 2. Reminded them and got 1 more. Reminded them and got my final thing... except it was not what I ordered. Asked again. They ignored me. Told me someone was talking in their ear in the device. Asked again. Got my item... again wrong. Asked again and they handed me my correct bakery item... but still in the bag from the place they get them. I noticed after I left it had expired. Total time inside = 24 minutes. No line.

Staff is alright, not rude but not helpful. I have gone in there last two Saturdays mornings and they have been out of caramelised honey (very disappointing) with no offer to suggest something similar. This location is less than 5 minutes from me and I will now drive 10 to go to Champlin.

They have limited amount of drinks compared to other Starbucks. Staff is alright. The bigger white guy seems to enjoy taking his time on everything else that doesnt seem to matter and have me wait all the time. The smaller black guy there is awesome. But overall, not a bad place.

It takes over 20 min to get a cup of Americana ready. I was there with 5 months old crying kid (she was not crying before I ordered coffee)...so, they could make it faster instead of dont no it longer....... never go there again.
