I have been going to Caribou every day for 10 years. I dont normally bother writing a review but this is the worst Caribou Ive ever been to. The drink didnt taste right both people working didnt seem to care about customers. My drink was rung up wrong and made wrong I had them remake it which I also never do. She didnt bother to offer me the price difference in my drink back...not a huge deal its like 30 cents but she should have still offered. I would have declined, however that is not good customer service. I just moved to Brooklyn Park I see there are 2 other Caribous a little further away, but I will be trying them instead.

Like most Caribou coffee shops, its the employees that make or break it. The employees try their best, but I can tell they havent been trained properly, so they have to struggle to learn as they go. The manager and her friend, Grandma Barbie, make mornings there unpleasant as Grandma Barbie has no business being on the register when its busy. They do have great employees though that are great in spite of poor training. Teresas a great example. Always friendly and she is a great barista along with, I think, the only guy that works there. Store has lost many great employees because of poor management.

Terrible, our Blizzards were served to us in a soupy consistency and we were told that it was normal when I asked the kid operating the register. It was busy and we had to wait a long time so Im guessing they didnt want to fix something that would inconvenience them. Not only that, but both of our blizzards had almost no brownie pieces mixed in, only cheap nuts!!! We may never go back...

Worst customer service ever! Tried to do 2 for $5 by paying for someone else and they wouldnt let me! Said its not worth it! Then I said well you lost my business and they are like whys that because you wont let me buy someone else coffee? What the heck other caribou lets you pay it forward! Next time Ill drive to maple grove or Champlain if I want coffee.

Not a great experience ordered a sandwich for over $4 and there was no meat in it very very skimpy got my money back then we went there to use internet and it didnt really work well at all. Thats the reason why we went there in the first place was for the internet and to eat! And the cold tea was very weak!

Not a very nice place. Dirty, sticky floors and tables, terribly slow service. Employees are poorly dressed and none if them seem too eager to help you. Some look like they are not a day older then 12. I like Caribous over all, better than Starbucks, but this is a disappointing location.

usually get good coffee here but one person lately has made my coffee wrong the last two times. When I called she offered to replace though I was already on my way to work. Before hanging up I heard her mutter something. Displeased. So if I see her working I guess Ill just leave

As far as Caribous go, this is a pretty standard one. The decor is nice, its usual pretty quiet, and theres plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your drink. Theres no drive through so the wait shouldnt be as long for anything. Overall a solid Caribou.

Nice employees and always fast service. If I had to pick a complaint its that if you order a cold press with no ice, they only fill the cup about 2/3rds full which seems strange but Im sure thats corporate policy and not location specific!

One of the best Caribous Ive been too. The baristas are so nice and friendly and helpful. They always prepare special drinks for my son who has Autism and food alergies, and they know their products well.
