Occasionally this location is decent but theyre usually not. Same goes for the people working. Their usually pretty rude and the amount of food vastly differs depending on whos working. I ordered three separate plates with sesame chicken and it was seriously as spicy as their kung pao. It had sesame seeds and looked like their regular sesame chicken but it certainly was not. Everything about this location was very disappointing except for the guy at the cashier. I dont think ive ever left a review for anything but this location is just crappy.

The food is pretty good, but I received very poor customer service. Upon notifying the staff that they had made my order wrong, I received a dirty look and a complaint of "well wed have to throw the whole plate away." She proceeded to ring up the meal anyway, and in annoyance I said "alright I guess Ill just eat it." I was really upset that I didnt even get an apology for messing up my order, and the cashier acted as if it wasnt her problem. Will not be visiting the apple valley location anytime soon!

I ordered the lemon chicken bowl with fried rice to go - once I got back to the office to I realized the rice was burnt on the bottom of it which caused the burnt flavor to ruin the rice. I called and spoke to a Todd and told him that he may want to check the fried rice as it is burnt. He said thanks for the heads up and hung up the phone. I love Leeann Chins, I dont think that I will be going back to this location though. It is very spendy to order it and to throw way. Describe your experience

The food person was very rude when I showed him my buy 1,get one coupon,I was JUST showing it to him SO hed know I needed TWO entrees and would like to use it,they had a very crabby attitude about it and said save it for the cashier,and HE WAS the cashier and took my coupon! They were the only one up there! I was treated very rude and dont appreciate it,wont be back at that one anytime soon if thats how they treat their customers.

The grossest place weve eaten at in a while. The floor was so sticky it was absolutely disgusting, do I even need to mention the bathroom? It was like someone spilled something sticky through the entire building. The food wasnt that great either to spend $30 for 3 people. You get much better food, a better value, much cleaner experience going across the street to Panda Express. We are never going back to Leeann Chins again.

Used to be half way decent, just went there tonight workers were pushy, rude, and lazy. Including the manager which was the same. I counted 14 filthy, sticky tables and made a comment about them. I asked to have them clean because we using three And she says which one. As if it was too much work to clean them. Long story short, the place has really turned into a filthy dump.

I order a large frozen yogurt and got less than What you get with a small. Filled the cup around the walls and completely hollow on the inside. I ordered raspberries and she gave me 3. Nearly $6 later and she hands it to me and flirts with my husband. Needless to say, terrible employee decorum and will never see my business again. BEWARE!!!!! AUG 21, 2011

This location used to be amazing, but it has gone down a little downhill over time. They got rid of their asian noodles a little while back, which was my favorite side. I love their orange chicken! Leeann Chins isnt my first stop for Chinese food, but its good for the occasional lunch.
