UPDATE: Went here again and they again begged for donations this time when I payed my tab. Im really tired of all these multi million dollar corporations asking for extra money after already paying top dollar for their product. Why dont these companies start making donations with the profit they make from sales instead of bugging me to give even more money that Im not even sure will make it to the ones the claim to be collecting it for. Seriously, I paid $30 bucks (for my own meal) for some boneless chicken wings and a beer and you want me to give you more, what a joke! That said, continue on to read my original review... I love the B dubs wings both boneless and traditional. Their choices of sauces are great and theyll have a flavor for anyones taste which are rated on the menu by the degree of heat/spiciness. Playing the Texas Hold em and Trivia with the table top controller is always fun. The only problem I had here was when a server (not ours) interrupted my conversation with my girlfriend to ask if we wanted to make a donation to some cause. I felt it was both rude to interrupt us and inappropriate to come around to the tables begging for donations. I hope this doesnt become common practice at B Dubs!!

Our server was fantastic!!!! The food was great!!! The hostess, Manda - terrible!!!! We entered and the girl looked extremely ticked off. She did not smile or greet us and clearly hates her job. She proceeded to ask if we had a seating preference, we asked for a booth. At that time, she advised there were no booths available. We saw MANY booths open, clean and ready to go. So I asked, is #82 NOT a booth? She ignored me and proceeded to seat us at a table. Every customer after us, was seated at a booth. I would have to assume that this is her very first job and that she has NO clue how seating works. EVEN if they have to follow rotation, she can simply explain she just double sat a server and it may be a little bit longer of a wait, plain and simple. If you dont want to fulfill a request for seating, then dont ask if the customer has a preference. Please ditch this terrible hostess.

Ive always had a good experience, but the last two times Ive visited a BWW location Ive been disappointed. Last time was in Saint Clair Shores, this time was here, at 12 & Mound. I waited a little bit longer than normal which isnt really a big deal, but both of the 2 women who ordered before me had their orders messed up; ran the wrong order on one womans credit card, and had the other womans order wrong. Our food was $39.39 (small parm/garlic boneless, medium honey BBQ boneless, 2 large pops (soda)), and I left a 10% tip (carry-out). The chicken was chewy- as if it were undercooked maybe or just more fatty? Im not sure, but in my boyfriends words, "I could throw this out the window right now and not even care." It was just disappointing for the amount we paid I guess. I think Im giving up on "B-Dubbs" for now.

Nothing horrible service and I heard multiple derogatory racial comments while dining. We waited over twenty minutes for someone to approach our table, and once we ordered they didnt place it properly. The person that delivers the food could not rectify and it took another twenty minutes to have our server offer to remake the dish after everyone else was finished. I was disgusted to hear about the "dark" tables and the comments that they can wait because the server wouldnt get a tip anyway. Then another African American couple arrived and they fought over who would take that table because the sections were already too dark. Do not eat here......

Deorganized and bad customer service for the carryout end. I tried to call before heading there but when I called it was busy. So I waited like 10 minutes before called back as I was heading home and had a 40 minutes drive home. This time I did get a pick and I was asked for my information before I was asked to be placed on hold. When someone finally answered I was asked for the same info and my order...again then they asked to place me on hold. When the phone was picked up again I was asked the same info and my order, however I was in the parking lot by that time so just went into the restaurant to order.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Southgate, Detroit, or Dearborn every Thursday & theyre great! But this specific one.. I hated the service! Earlier I called to order some wings, they didnt even greet. They just said, "Im putting you on hold." I was on hold for about 5 seconds & they hung up. I thought maybe theyre busy. So I drove there to make the order, & the lady was so rude. They werent even busy, the place was empty but she was so lazy & kept putting everyone on hold. I left, came home & ate. Now Im having painful bowel movements constantly. Never coming back to this place. Sticking to Southgate.

This place is the worst of all the B-Dubs I have ever been to, the staff is incompetent and rude. One time I was placed on hold when they had just opened and forgotten about. And today they let there phone ring a dozen and a half times then pick up and rudely tell me they are closed for the next week. Has your manager ever heard of recorded messages that can politely inform the public whats going on? Dont waste your money on this chain, Im over it from this point on, but if you really crave some wings definitely make the drive to another storefront.

Horrible food, horrible service. The manager was a total jackass when I talked to him about my problem. I ordered the popcorn shrimp and asked them to toss it in the Blazin sauce which they normally do for me when I order, but they REFUSED to toss it for me this time. Apparently they only have ONE BUCKET to toss their chicken in and tossing my shrimp would be a health code violation. I asked them to toss it in a pan or anything else, even in a carry out box, but they REFUSED. Worst service and experience I ever received. Will never go back there!

After standing for about seven minutes without being acknowledged & watching waitstaff passing by, I finally asked one of them for a manager. Chris K (not sure the spelling) immediately came out and I told him that Ive been standing there for about seven minutes, even though there is no line, no other customers waiting to be seated. Chris acted as its not a big deal, no appology , nothing, just over the top attitude. After I got seated... you dont want to know. Horrid experience . If Chris is the manager, this place needs help asap.

Pros: The service is typically good here. Great place to watch whatever game you want, even the paperview fights. Good beer choices. Cons: Prices have gone up like no other. Definitely not worth it to go on a regular. Even the 70 cent boneless Thursdays are expensive. Nearly $9 for the snack size (5/6) wings. Thats ridiculous. The fact that the wings arent sauced completely unless you tell them to make "wet". They are typically dry, which is absurd for a place that is supposed to be known for their wings. Why cant it be standard?
