This place has A LOT of potential, they just cant seem to get there. Great location and not much competition on this side of LC. Weve been going to this location for about 6 years now and get excited every time the change formats only to be disappointed again and again. Craft beer selection is OK, on par with other places. Mikeys pizza is average at this location, crust is good but the sauce tastes like it is straight from a can. Maybe the way it is cooked? Service is bad here has been for 6 years. A few servers "get it" and actually ask if you would like another round but they are in the minority. Most of the time you need to flag down your server to get them to stop by your table. We were in Saturday night (not really busy but about 1/2 full) sat for 10 minutes and not one person stopped by our table. Where was the management? A young girl at the hostess stand is not going to make sure that your business is running well. She was polite and sat us right away and then was busy wiping down tables. Needless to say, we left and probably wont be back unless serious changes are made. There are too many better options in the LC/Powell area to give them anymore of our money. Its a shame. On a positive note, if you sit at the bar the service is better.

Excellent! We stopped here tonight and decided to try it out instead of our planned stop at Jets Pizza next door. Im glad we did. The food was fantastic and at a great value. I got a dozen hot wings for $7.99 and they were very large compared to BW3s and the sauce was just as good if not better (comparing both restaurants "hot" sauce style). Wonderful value comparatively. My wife got the boneless version and they were excellent as well. The kids got a Caesar salad and chicken slammers and both enjoyed them very much. We also got an order of soft pretzel bites with nacho cheese which were prepared perfectly and very tasty. I cant remember the last time we went out to eat and got this amount of really good food for four of us for well under $40 with the tip. The only thing I could say even remotely negative was the service was a little slow, but they were absolutely slammed in their defense. Well worth the wait, and I highly recommend this place as a sports bar / family eatery. I cant wait to stop back again to try their signature Killians beer battered fish selections!

Had a meal with my husband and two others a few weeks back. Paid for our meal (including a little more than a 15% tip) with a credit card. When the charge came thru, the amount was inflated by $4.00. I had to make a special trip to the establishment to have this overcharge credited back. In speaking with a manager, very disappointed that some form of discount on a future visit wasnt given to me for my time and inconvenience, especially since it appeared the server was caught trying to get more money from us. The manager apologized and said the server would be charged back for the amount. I didnt care about that, but was anticipating something more than that statement to keep us as customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the managers lack of customer service in that aspect............Check your statements when paying with credit.

We have eaten here a total of three times. Every time we have come here it has taken forever to get our food. Today was no different. We ordered a burger, an Italian sub, wings, and two of my kids ordered chocolate chip pancakes. None of these items take very long to make. It should also be noted that the restaurant was not crowded at all. One other couple was seated when we arrived. When our food finally came they did not bring one of my kids chocolate chip pancake orders. The waitress said she would be right back with the other order. Twenty minutes later she comes back with the order when the rest of us were already done with our meal. If the food was great, maybe I could justify the wait but it was mediocre at best. We wont be eating there again.

Very disappointed visit. came here today for a quick lunch. took 5 minutes to get us seated and our order. then it took nearly 30 minutes just to get 2 basic hamburgers and fries. "you order is just coming up sir.." while people coming in later got their order before us. Then a group of 6 to 8 people came in and they needed 3 people to "get them seated and orders"??? No tip and never going back again.

Weve always had great food and service at BrewZaa. The last time we went, the manager was helping to deliver food. She said she didnt think the kitchen gave me enough chips and went back and brought an enormous plate of chips. She also apologized even though I didnt complain. That, my friends, is customer service. Good job, BrewZaa!

Remodeled and now Brewzaa. Food and beer for the most part was delicious. Only problem was the chorizo balls appetizer was still cold in the middle. The cheese curds were very addictive though. Almost got a second helping of those little nuggets of joy. Feels more like a restaurant now with the remodeled seating.

This is one of our new favorite places. Each member of my family has different dietary needs and this place is able to accommodate them all. Its sport-centered (lots of big TVs on the wall) but also very kid-friendly. Food is great. This place is in our familys regular rotation for dinning out.

Wow!!! Absolutely great service! Cheap drinks, good music and great food. Highly recommend this establishment. The staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. Kiley is pretty amazing bartender, along with with the rest of the bartending staff.

This place use to be one of our places to go. Not so much after new owner and management took over. Dont know of we will give it another chance or not. We have already gave it 2 chances and believe it or not. It was worse the second time around

Sister to The Pint Room in Dublin. Awesome rotating craft beer selection. Upscale bar food and prices to go along with it, but, $6 Pepperoni Roll appetizer is great choice for a meal. TVs every where. Often busy, can get a little noisy.

Great place for a happy hour with cheap drink and mediocre food. Had nachos and wings. Both the ranch and blue cheese sauce were watered down tasting. Wings were ok and nachos were kind of bland. Has potential if Improvments were made.

I really enjoy this place, the food is a 10/10 and the staff is very friendly and always fun to hang out with.. they have a very diverse selection of drinks on the menu. Kiley a bartender here is always on top of her game.

Fairly decent food and nice staff, although a little slow. My main issue was the beer selection. Based on the name, I was expecting more variety. Would probably stop back if in the area but wouldnt go out of the way.

I go to this regularly and get great service every time. The bartenders are fantastic, the servers are great, the food is delicious, and the beer selection is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
