I used to go to SandBaggers Sports Bar weekly for their karaoke, and to hang out and play darts with my boyfriend. They always made the best chicken nachos. But, because of my experience I had last night, I will never go back there. I ordered the chicken bbq pizza, minus bacon. When the pizza was brought to the table almost 30 minutes later, it was covered with bacon. I told the waitress that I didnt want it because I asked for no bacon and it obviously had bacon on it. She took it away and said OK. When she came back she said it was the cooks fault, and would take it off the bill. Thats it! She didnt ask me if I wanted anything else to make up for the cooks mistake. I was really upset! So, I went to the owner. I explained the situation and he could have cared less. Now, during this time we did have a switch of waitresses, but thats no excuse. Last night Sandbaggers lost a valued customer. I think this was poor customer service, and even worse poor leadership on the restaurant owners part.

The owner or manager Dave, kind of a dick. Just SAYN... Poor service, weak drinks, weird atmosphere! If you are ever in centerline, watch TIGERS loose, or just want to waste time, DONT stop!!! Not good at all. 10&1/2&van Dyke. SandBaggers alright. Too me too sandbag means to hold back! TRUE THAT!!! They are withholding everything...

Never disappointed when we go to sandbaggers . The staff is very friendly and always goes the extra mile to accaccommodate their customers. The food is awsome and they always always have specials. When I go here I feel very spoiled. Love it, thanks to Dave and our amazing bar maid Joyce oh and of course our favorite cook!!!

My spouse and I chose reubens - with corned beef. Excellent! Good selection of draft beers - which are cold. College basketball on TVs. Friendly patrons. Flower peddler which is nice since it is Valentines Day! Very good service.
