Today is mothers day, my husband and I ordered the breakfast bar. Ive never had food look as bad as it tasted! The eggs were watered down and mushy, the bacon looked like microwaveable meat, the sausage patries werent even brown and were paper thin, hashbrowns couldve been cooked way more they tasted wet, the biscuits were dry and some of the fruit was still ripe. Ive never ate such horrible food! Im not full and i didnt finish my plate after spending 30$ oh lets not forget the orange juice was WATER!!! The waitress we had was wonderful. We talked to the man running the register about the food he was nice until we complained our concerns, very loudly said "ARE YOU SERIOUS" walked away & came back with our waitress to better understand the complaint to say " WEVE SERVED 200 PEOPLE THIS MORNING, YOURE THE FIRST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD". Sorry big boys, I will never eat there again! My first written review! Never had to go out of my way to write one. First time for everything!

Ordered an omelette (comes with hashbrowns) tonight in a rainstorm to go. When my husband brought it home there was no hashbrowns. I called up to make sure hashbrowns were standard. This was confirmed by a nice lady who apologized. She asked my address and delivered my hot hashbrowns with not one, but two pieces of strawberry pie she had offered. The most impressive part was this was all in a downpour! Also I had ordered a brownie and ice cream dessert to go at this location a while back and realized it had chocolate ice cream when I got home. Thinking it was a mistake I went back to verify. They were right, but made me a new one with vanilla even though it was my mistake. Ate there multiple times and always great customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. I mean what restaurant delivers like that. Very cool!

My husband and I went to the big boy on groesbeck in Clinton Twp. on Aug 24 2017 during the early afternoon. I enjoy a big boy burger and the said bar when I visit big boy restaurants. While there were a few customers the restaurant was far from busy. They had a sign up to wait to be seated but not enough staff on the floor so we waited. Finally a girl told us to seat ourselves, As Im disabled I like to sit by the salad bar so I dont have as much walking. As we we walked by the salad bar I checked it out. The lettuce bins were almost empty and what was there was brown. 2 bins were completely empty and the rest of the bins were low and didnt look healthy. We walked out before ordering. Seeing the lack of greeting, the sick salad bar there was no way we wanted to eat in that restaurant

I had breakfast for dinner this evening. I arrived at 8:35pm after working a 12 hour day. I ordered by 8:44 (time of a text after I ordered). According to my bill, the order went in at 9:03. My food arrived today 9:12. The eggs were fine, bacon and hash browns were fine, the hot tea was luke warm at best, the warm cakes (aka hotcakes) were ok. From the time I sat, two there tables came in, ordered, ate and left before I got my bill. I told all of this to the very chatty manager who, rather than making a sincere apology, made an excuse or two and started to ask the waitress why it took so long by yelling across the restaurant. Ive been there several.times before without major problems, but this was totally unacceptable.

I wish I could rate this place 0. The staff was wonderful but the food was absolutely terrible. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 entrees and the salad bar. The food came out wrong at first and tasted terrible so we politely asked to only pay for the drinks and the salad bar seeing as our plates were still full of food because we did not eat it. The manger comes over to our table and charges us the full price for the salad bar just because we didnt want our entrees.

Equus restaurant is a wonderful place to visit , great food at a wonderful price, and the remodeling of the building is super wonderful from inside out and the waitress are very warm and friendly and super nice. I will come back to Big Boys many many more times. Its a wonderful place for childrens medium Siri services will Gracie and discounts and just a great place if you just want to sit and have friendly conversations with your friends and your family.

1. Slow service. ~15 minute wait for 3 milkshakes to go. 2. Didnt accept AMEX 3. The already small cups were 50% milkshake and topped with 2 inches of whipped cream. At $4 / shake, I expected quite a bit more. After pointing this out to the cashier, she took them to the back, added another inch of whipped cream and brought them back. Seems to be a prime example for mediocre restaurants with inflated prices and little care for customer satisfaction.

I always come to this one since its close to home, always have a great time and fast service. A couple weeks ago though the hostess sat us down. But the waitress never came to our table. We sat there for 15 minutes before the waitress came. I was starving and im always down for big boy so thats why i never left. But other then the 15 minute wait to be asked for drinks and our order it wasnt bad service after that. She left with a nice tip.

I rarely if ever am impressed with Big Boy. The wait staff were nice, friendly, and busy. My issues are never with the service but how well cooked the food is, how good the recipies are and portion size. Today I paid almost $6 for 3 biscuits and a couple cups of gravy that tasted like it had way too much white pepper in it. I think my next breakfast experience will be influenced by this one.

Horrible big boy burger it was soggy as of it had been sitting... Smh then we told them no cheese on my husbands burger and called to have it remade, and they tried to basically argue with us about if we Asked or not. Im pissed and feel like Ive wasted my money. I will tell everyone not to go to that location.

From the appetizers throughout all the entrees our group of 16 (office Christmas celebration) loved the ambiance of Bistro 82 and the food was excellent. We had great fun sharing the appetizers and it is tough to decide on a favorite: the French Onion Soup Dumplings, the Orange Cauliflower or the Escargot.

“A Wonderful Experuence” We were visiting the Warren area and looking for a higher end Italian Restaurant. Came across Andiamos and thought wed give it a try! What a wonderful surprise! Prices are higher for the amount of food you get, the quality is decent, service isnt spectacular... I usually just get the salad bar which is good. During the day they have an annoying, rude, loud-mouth manager named Bobby. He yells at the employees when unnecessary. Its very distracting.

On this particular day I got the breakfast bar because in the past it was pretty good, but today the pancakes were dry and tough, the fruit salad wasnt good either. The waitress took a long time getting some milk for the toddlers cereal because there was none on the breakfast bar.
