Truly disappointed. I cant say I hated it because the waiter was actually cool when I told him my displeasure at the end of the meal. I usually dont say anything and I usually just tell my experience (unless its really bad) online but he asked. I review a lot and I read a lot of reviews. Its fun and it is usually helpful to read reviews. That being said this place was lacking in 2 of my 4 pillars of a good restaurant. Food, Service, Price and Cleanliness. The food was awful and the price of it only made it worse. This was overpriced bar food at best. The food was bland and was small in portion but large in price if you know what I mean. That being said the atmosphere was great and my 2 year old son loved it but even his palate could barely tolerate the food. This place definitely relies on its novelty which is one of the reasons I gave it a 2 but atmosphere does not make a good restaurant and this place proves that.

We used to like this restaurant. But two days ago we went there for my wifes birthday, and were never going to go there again. We waited for an hour for our food, and the wings were all dried up and crunchy. Then a horrible thing happened: in a birthday brownie for my wife we found something that looked like a clothespin spring, but bigger. Yes, it was inside a brownie! And there was our 3yo nephew who was eating that brownie too. Thank god nobody got hurt. Immediately the waitress came and took the spring with her. Then the manager came and she said the brownie would be free (like we wanted to keep eating it after what happened!) and she would reduce all our checks for $5 (there were 5 checks). So a ruined birthday and putting someones life in danger worth $25 for them.

The food was great, I liked the set up but the service was terrible. We had called weeks ago for a party of 16, separate checks. The bar tender was funny and welcoming but our server was cold and distant. We werent picky or needy, nor in too much of a hurry. Food came out great, a little long but with 16 ordering at once thats to be expected. It took 45 min (we timed it) to get our checks. We asked for the checks and the waiting started. She had to come back and figure out who ordered what, then a couple of them were wrong, she never explained what was taking so long nor did she ask for help cause we would have! 18% gratuity was included and she should thank her lucky stars that it was.

Ive been here many times and have loved the service and food. This time not so much. The menu has always been great, but theyve recently changed it. The pretzels with beer cheese do not taste at all the same. Theyre now sticks and not pretzel shapes. Theyre also no longer crispy like the originals were. As for the service, we sat for over an hour to get our food. An hour!! We watched 3 families of 4 or more who came in after us get there food before us. And for the new menu, the portions are smaller for the same price. What use to be 13 wings is now 9 unless you get the super size starter for more. Not very happy with all the changes!! Will not be going back anytime soon!

Awesome service, food arrived quickly and was great. Very happy with everything. After we walked out to our vehicle, my son realized he left his pack of Pokemon cards on the table. We went back in to see if they would still be there. They had already cleaned the table. I checked with one of the table cleaners and he looked and didnt find them. A manager checked at the table to make sure theyre werent still there and the guy that cleaned the table did he would check again. He found them in the garbage and got them out and cleaned it off for us. I feel this was way above and beyond his job. Very great staff!

Server was nice but a little scattered as we didnt get our appetizer until after our meal arrived (he admitted he forgot to enter it even when he asked if we wanted it before or with our meal) and we had to ask for silverware twice. I had a mac and cheese skillet and it was a little underwhelming as it was a bit tough as if it were out for a little while. Everyone who had wings at our table seemed to enjoy them, so that seems like a solid option. Beer selection was decent but not spectacular. It was not the worst place to go but Im not sure I need to return either.

Thank god for their amazing cooks, our food was hot and delicious. I wish I could say I was as thrilled with our server Maddie(Madison). Our first impression was her rushing off to wait on another tables food in the kitchen for 5-10minutes, when she finally came, it took just as long for us to get our drinks. We never got silverware and we were half way though our meal before another server checked on us and was kind enough to bring us napkins. I could understand if they were busy but this was 1030pm on a Wednesday. Stick with carry out, you wont be disappointed.

Best food but. It had been awhile since I have been back from my last bad experience. I forgot about it. For some reason all I remembered was the good food. The food is great that is something I always remember. What I forget about is the horrible service. This time everything was fine until I got the bill and realized I was charged extra for things I didnt order. After what seemed like an argument with the hostess I was finally able to get the things removed. Seriously it is good food probably the best wings in town but the service really needs a lot of work.

Quaker is my all time favorite wing place, tied with Roosters. Their sauces are creative and delicious, and their atmosphere is just awesome. I took my lady there to watch the Buckeye game a while back and I got the Thunderbird steak, cooked to a perfect Medium Rare it was phenomenal. Name another place where you can get A+ wings and a steak that good, because my money is on you not being able to find one. If you havent been here, take a day trip to Polaris, shop around and finish your day with some killer wings. You will not regret it.

ROTTEN service! We often stop here on a bi-annual road trip and have never had this issue before. We could not get waited on for 12 minutes (I timed it) and multiple servers walked by and even stopped at neighboring tables. When I finally went up front and asked for a manager, he came out and was apologetic. However, he offered us a gift card for our next visit! Nice, but what I REALLY wanted was to be waited on! :( Thankfully, there was a Max and Ermas nearby that had excellent service, so we ate there.

I hadnt been here for some years and had forgotten about how all this place has to offer is a cheesy atmosphere and very overpriced sub-par food. I got wings (figured at a wing place they would be a safe bet) but they were cold, overly salty sauce, and barely saucy at that, all after waiting a good while for them. This place is just another chain offering overpriced frozen food. Save your money and go somewhere that actually gives a **** about the product.
